I found I can help Quinn this time when her nose was bleeding but can't do in my first playthrough. I didn't fuck her before and have a chick affinity in this playthrough. This is my second playthrough. The difference between theses two playthroughs is if I fucked Sage and Bella or not. In my second playthrough I've only chase after Jill. Or is it because of Walkthrough Mod? But I can't help Quinn in my first playthrough, even though I always use Walkthrough Mod when I play Bing a DIK. But anyway, I like that I can help Quinn even if I have a chick affinity and didn't fuck her before. That is better than that I can't save a girl from fire when I didn't fuck her.

'Acting Lessons' was the very first visual novel I ever played. I hit the jackpot first time. I cried like a baby at the ending...I haven't had the emotional strength to go back and play it again, but it got me into the whole VN gaming scene. When done well, these games have a power all of their own...the characters and events start to matter to you, you start loving, hating, empathizing, sympathizing with the characters and they become real and important in your mind. 'Being A DIK' is a whole ecosystem of choices and interactions...I love that it gives you freedom to choose your own path and choose your romances without them being imposed upon you. It's a game on a massive scale and it's impressive that Dr. Pinkcake is creating it alone. I once asked Dr. Pinkcake on Patreon why he didn't have a team working with him and he said that having other people working on his game would kill the passion! It's his creation and I understand that! When this game is complete, it will be the gold standard of VN games, but that's still a few years away unfortunately. I'm just going to enjoy each chapter as it comes out and I have 8 separate playthrough's ongoing presently...

just talking about the back and fourth about Chad and Quinn story in the past pages.

not saying Main LIs story's not engaging, its just that the side character, especially Quinn's story, for my pov as a player is more complicated, would you give her a chance of redemption?(if DPC will give her character that redemption arc), we know her story as a player but the MC in the game still don't know that, he knows she run a restaurant, will he know she's also a drug dealer?, maybe later in the game. will my MC accompany Quinn in that hole or will he hold her and pull her up?, or just left her there and face the consequence of some kind of Leah?

but of course, this is nonsense if you're not in her path

Have the Sage dialogue so I can see how that differs? Sounds interesting.

basically to sums it up if u deny her since the beginning,
on preps party she will try to flirt with mc again to get MC says "yep my answer still no"
and then on HOTs party she finally open up and talking about herself is open for a relationship in a more serious note
from there u will get an option to still say no or pursue her
no alcohol needed
have to wait for next update to see if she will ask the same question again or finally blocked her path if we say no there

I knew what the official walkthrough says. I din't fuck Quinn and smoke weed before her nose was bleeding in this playthrough. The only thing that meets the needs is not be in the M+J relationship. So my guess is that I can help her in my second playthrough because I used walkthough mod.

on vanilla at least on any of my main playthrough with chick /neutral route
quinn just ignore my MC everytime i tried to help her when she had a bloody nose

So, about the Chad / Sage thing.

When you say your gonna out him, sorry bro, you might be all pro gay power and stuff, but just no. That last scene has them kissing in the OPEN in a gym locker room where any jock can come on them at any time all the while Troy is banned more or less from that gym being that he was kicked out. Heck, when the MC pass by, they don't even flinch. You act like being gay is bigger than everything else. From those i know, they just want to be treated like normal people, and to be honest, being gay in our society ain't that big of a deal anymore.

The point is, I don't think he wants to hide anymore and he's starting to accept the situation and started to take steps. Best thing to do imo is to go to him when his alone and tell him your gonna go with him and let him tell Sage what's happening and just wait outside the door for the afterward cryfest. (In a neutral area, the MC room at the DIK manor, off course, by the door/window xD ) No one said telling Sage is going to make everything known to the world.

Second, if the MC decided to say fuck it and out him, well, he would be perfectly justified. Chad sucker punched MC and provoked a fight. No matter the reason, the pictures or what Chad think is relevant, MC don't know that. All he knows is Chad attack him for no reason, and him saying fuck it my dude your gonna be my bitch would be perfectly fine by me. It's called you reap what you sow.

No need for a Mac version. In Ren'py, the game folder of the Windows version is exactly the same as the Mac one. So all you need to do is download the Windows update, copy the content of the game folder and past it in the game folder of the Mac game, overwritng when prompted, and your game will be updated.

Quinn's story isn't complicated really, although some like to think otherwise. It's fairly straightforward story of a broken family leading her to become what she is. There's no indication of redemption or any remorse on her part so far. She's just getting it on with MC if he meets her standards.
TBH if Quinn changes for 'love' or something like that, it would be incredibly disingenuous to her character. I'd much rather her keep being the shitty person that she is, than do something so contrived and unrealistic.

If you're using scrappyMod it has removed the requirements for having the scene with Quinn in Episode 6, so you can basically do anything and still get it.

Here are the original requirement conditions/variables:
(pathMayaJosy or not quinnLikesYou or not ep4_quinn_lewd or affinity != "DIK")

The only flag I'm not sure about is quinnLikesYou.

It's the walkthrough mod. The mod allows you to have that scene in episode 6 no matter what you've done. If you don't have the wallthrough enables, you have to:

• have "DIK" affinity,
• not be with Maya&Josy; and
• smoked weed with Quinn and fucked her on the DIK roof.

The walkthrough mod oversteps its boundaries...

Society on a whole may not care if Chad and Troy are together, but Chad's immediate group of friends, the seemingly homophobic jocks, are quite possibly a different story.

My guess is that Chad and Troy "stole" a quick kiss at the precise moment the mc walked in. That's going to be a big deal, but surely the mc won't be a cunt about it.

Chad punched the mc, so did Tommy and Dawe, does that mean the MC should start blabbing all their private secrets to ruin their lives? I don't think so. He punched them back, end of story, no further action is required unless the mc is a vengeful little cunt who doesn't understand proportionate measures.
