I also thought it was some sort of retcon to take the blame off Quinn.
But in this last chapter the issue of Tommy's "addiction" returns, so I guess the syringes will be back.

Not necessarily. He could just leave out the LI's he doesn't need for an EP for this EP. I could imagine that the MC on the search for his family now and then must leave the college grounds and then the LI's, without path, no story or images need.

I have a few thoughts.
For the Halloween party to be a success, Tommy and Quinn need to make up. But at the end of EP7, it doesn't look like they will. Tommy has offered himself as a scapegoat to Quinn at one point. Maybe it's possible that Quinn will play the scapegoat card?
Quinn once sold the Alpha's sugar pills instead of birth control pills. In EP7, KRJ, our goddess and the MC's true love, buys pills from Quinn.
At the end of EP7, KRJ is acting kind of weird, don't you think?
This will bring the giant Magnar on the scene.
What I also noticed is that DPC is forcing Tommy to cheat on Heather. When the MC says nothing about cheating on Heather, there is only one pair of legs on Tommy's bed and when the MC tells Heather, there are two pairs of legs on Tommy's bed. Strange?

Not nessairly. Sage already gave an out (her mc and quinn planning a party). Tommy's position isn't secure anymore and without taking the title, mc has effectively taken over the position.I have a few thoughts.

Yes, but Josy takes birth control pills. I don't think KRJ buys birth control pills from QUINN.Josy is also back on the pill....

At first I thought that Maya and Josy could be inseparable. But in this chapter, I have changed that thought.
I think that at this moment Josy spends more time with MC due to the fact that she wants things to calm down with Maya first.
And I think if she had to choose, she would choose Maya, but not for love, she would choose Maya for feeling like it's the right thing to do
Let's remember that in the first place she was unfaithful to Maya with MC. There we can already see the preference. I feel like she prefers MC, but she wouldn't leave Maya just for not hurting her.

But the whole thing goes the other way around. When the MC has sex with Maya in EP7, Maya says that everyone else would have run away. Josy went to the Hot's and the MC was with her. For the scene when Sage talked to Maya there are two different pictures. On one is the TV and on the other the TV is not.
Personally I started off by mixing some of the high stats with some of the lows, left MC and another guy who has a high work stat to go work, then slowly increasing each of the guys' stats (except for work) to >50%. I allocate the repairs by seeing which area needs the least stats first, selecting the corresponding lowest stat DIK, then work my way up. Never bought a single boost and as of the end of Episode 7 I've bought the windows and should have the mansion repairs done by next episode. Hope this helps.

MC has several occasions to act as a messenger between the two girls, even going so far as to offer his room as a neutral ground for a meeting (which makes me doubt, if Mc is in the trouple, which is the right choice between who to be with on that occasion)
