I agreed to give her guitar and fighting lessons, and in the step-by-step it said "you can chat with Sage if the MC agreed to be her fuck buddy", but you can't call her or text her.

I'm having some problems with the game some of the events just don't happen for me .like the scene with Sarah at the DIK party, I can't get the thressome with Quinn and Rio and I can't get scenes with Quinn from ep 6 and 7. Besides Bella rejecting me even though I have no interaction with Cathy. Would anyone know what is wrong? And how to solve?

This game confuses the shit out of me.
If DPC ends up killing Quinn i probably wont ever touch the game again after that, i can already see her dying from drug overdose.
Theres also a skull which resembles death that is standing next to drugs on the same table in her room, you could argue its just her character but i differ
Its surprisingly suspicious how he gives so much attention to this particular "side character" and not the other HOT's
So theres like 4 main chick route girls with 1 being a DIK, if i end up with Sage im gonna cry lmao
I dont even know what to think now.

I also dont like how some scenes are kinda forced, for example with Sage at HOT's party

Quinn catches you and replies to Riona saying "For real?"
But during scene replay she says "Cool..."
So i guess shes a little disappointed lol

The response that Quinn makes depends on a variable set in Episode 6. If the MC went with her after she got mugged and then had sex with her, you get the response, "For real?"; if you did not, you get the response "Cool...".

It looks like on your regular playthrough of that scene, you had fulfilled the requirement for "For real?", but in your replay you may have tried it from a route where you had not had sex with Quinn in Episode 6.

It's a simple construct:
