But on a most serious note. I went back and started the game from the beginning, I just started episode 5 and checking the cheats menu as I go along I'm seeing Bella's route is disabled now. I have been playing for her mostly this entire time. Does anyone know of any specific event/s that blocks her path?

the milestones in Bella's story are few

in the third chapter you have to go and thank her for talking nicely about you to Jill - this is a key passage

then in the fifth chapter you have to avoid doing anything with Cathe in the car (this leads to closure in the seventh chapter) and you have to push things further in the sauna with her.

If you don't do anything in the sauna, in the sixth chapter you can still make up for it by accepting her help in fixing up your room (if you've done everything in the sauna she will automatically come and help you).

BTW. Chapter 6 again: The talk with Derek after the night with Bella about "Did you do something that will hurt my sister?" talk...
Man, I was like "Oh, shit..." Yeah, yeah, the MC gave Derek the talk about no-strings-attached / It's all pretty safe etc. but I am not sure that would fly in the long term.
The MC is building a house of cards.
