Maybe it'll go in a way like elimination system. For example, we had the option of "Fight for Jill" or letting it go. So people are not interested in Jill eliminated Jill from their LI list. Bella eliminated the players went for Cathy. Something similar will happen with others too, I'd bet on it. MC will have an option to chase the other LIs or not imo

But , may be you just can't talk about Josy trough 5000 pages, , unable to bring up a legit, criticism, or an interesting character analysis, Because She just not interesting. This is a Sad but Harsh Truth. Josy is the least interesting character of the game, she would be easily replaceable with any side girl actually, Quinn, Riona, Lily, Camy, they all more interesting. and The story would not change one bit.
if Josy only purpose would have been to be the Summer crush and we would never see her again, what would change? Absolutely Nothing. after all, The Maya/Josy, thing is not a Maya and Josy , story. We know why Quinn need money, she talked about it with Riona, she explained that they still don't have enough and later she also talked about it with Tommy, she clearly says that they need that money for their lifestyle and that Riona has smoked for free.
So they need money to get weed and other drugs they use in their party.
We can also learn at another moment who is taking part to the group of DIKs and HOTs who share that "lifestyle".
So Quinn tries to get as much money as possible to go to see her friends dealers and pay for what she has ordered.
At this occasion we can see where Quinn comes from and that she had to struggle to be accepted in college, she was a reject, and that she has created her restaurant to get money for drugs and other stuff, they also have to pay a fee as HOT for the house maintenance.
