Wow...so DPC is the friendly face of the alien invasion? Control and regulation is everywhere now. Civil liberties and freedoms cease to exist. An alien prescence would certainly make sense! This is literally the one thing I want answered more than anything else. The random fourth wall break is so jarring. It's never brought up again and just hangs over like the plot point of Damocles. Until it's resolved I have to just assume it was put in there for easy drama and a shock moment, for my own sanity.
