Yeah it doesn't make a lot of sense to me either, given that there's no hidden identity thing going on. But from a development standpoint I guess it's a way of adding some level of variety to an otherwise naked body. But I have to say if I was there paying for it, I'd be much more interested in a more traditional lingerie getup.
