Okay, I've found more cheat checks in the freeroam events. This is only a hotfix and you might find something that i missed.
Place the content of the zip into the game folder.
The game might give an error the first time you start it, just restart.


If you know how to enable the developer console (unren), you can also set the cheatcat variable to "".
cheatcat=""

You will still need the update8.rpy file.

Just adding an additional thought to this it’s possible the reason Lynette is pulling the stupid face in the image is to mask the fact she does have the Royce bone structure. We can see in the black and white Polaroid that Jill’s sister has curly hair that is lighter in colour in the picture than Jill’s it’s also faintly curly.

We can see in the black and white Polaroid that Jill’s sister has curly hair that is lighter in colour in the picture than Jill’s it’s also faintly curly.

I don’t want to get to much into this, because I feel like it’s getting lost in the thread, however although I know there was a decent amount of update, 4-5 hours it felt smaller than 7 to me. Given how much extra content he made that’s surprising.

I don’t mind the logic of ‘crossroads’ however it does concern me that we’re now looking at going from essentially 3 routes (CHICK DIK and NEUTRAL) to needing 6. Especially since if MC can cheat we might split those further needing a dozen paths for 20 or 30 hours of game.



One of the reasons I’ve been annoyed about DPCs attitude to the mod is just what you’re saying. The game is huge, its going to end up at least half as big again if not twice as big. Having to do 30 hours of content to unlock lewd scenes potentially 6 times over is mad.

I think one of the reasons to split the routes so early was the inability to transfer all the variables to a new game file. In addition, the separation will help with the code during development, the game should be simplified and reduced to some one common plot and the plot of a relationship with a girl. But I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that DPC will create updates dedicated to one chosen girl. For example, episode 9 is Sage. Or episode 10 - Bella. This makes sense since MС is blocked for other girls and updates should be shorter.

Odd because I have two copies one for the gallery unlock and the other with no WT mods or checks unlocked, so I deleted the gallery unlock from the other folder and still crashes...

I don't see the need for dedicated episodes. When I first started chapter 8, I looked at the gallery to see how many new scenes to unlock, 15. When I finished my first playthrough I only saw 3 of the 15. There is no way to see all 15 in a single playthrough. That would defeat the actual purpose of choice. I see the similar concept moving forward in future episodes. Each episode will probably still be large in terms of total content(renders and animations) but we're obviously not going to see all the content in a single playthrough. So it will feel "shorter."

I haven't played this game in a while... since chapter 5 I think, but I did update it to chapter 6 and 7 when they were released.

Now that chapter 8 is here I wanted to update the game again, but I can't find a 7 -> 8 update file. Have that feature been dropped?
I really hope not because I don't want to download a 19GB game file for the next 20+ hrs off of shady and slow download sites.

I am playing my Maya,Josy route; never fucked around with others. When I am having breakfast with Elena,Tommy,John and Heather my mc says that he doesn't want to be in a relationship and never gets an option to choose.
But I have seen the other comments saying that that the mc is forced to choose here.
Does that mean I fucked up my Josy and Maya run and I can't get into a relationship now(I went to help Jill in this route)

He wouldn't create a separate file for just one or two chapters. It's stupid and impractical. The separation of paths is caused by technical reasons (I think sо)
