This scene doesn't make sense to me. It is made for the sake of drama and has no long-lasting consequences. Josie understands that she needs to move on and live without MС. MС decides to do the same thing himself. I think there will be an order of magnitude more scenes of this type in season 3.

the narrative function of that scene is to let the player know that it's not over, that there might still be a chance to "have Josy," it's a prologue to Derek's question about whether or not he still has feelings for either girl.

It's a scene that I don't like because in the context of role-playing it's a scene that would bother me a lot because it hangs in the balance.

If we are interested in Josy individually, it might be nice, but in all other cases it is an annoying confession, more or less like if your friend's girlfriend confesses to you that she likes you, it ends up ruining the relationship anyway, you know that by now...

playing with realism for an MC not interested in Josy but in another LI at that point would it be correct to go with her to the gym? invite her to sleep in her room? they would all be embarrassing moments that one would try to avoid anyway

Well, I was kinda of hoping we could still flirt our way into season three still single and open. But, the MC naturally took a liking to the girls, and his concience kicked in and he decided to choose 1 of them (For now). After seeing the interlude end, I can say for certin that there will be more drama to come in episode 3.

You do know that there is a "others" route where the MC decided that he doesnt want any serious relationship and wants to "play the field"?

So yeah, there is a route where he is still single and open for anything... of course, not every girl will be available like that, but yeah... there is the "others" route.

Nah, talked a lot about it, it will be a consitent pregnancy, not the child of the MC. Which doesnt mean that its impossible that a LI is pregnant... but that would lead to NTR, and we know, DPC doesnt do that. Nope its a side girl with bigger meaning to the MC...

When you play with no sex activities at all pregnancy still appears which means it have nothing to do with MC.

In the interlude, the MC doesnt believe that he is not the only one for Zoey, he said her grandma isnt the only one who believes in her. Its only after Zoey leaves, that the MC even discovered how much she ment to him and it takes Zoey the entire interlude to come to the same conclusion. They weren't even a couple to begin with, they were BFFwBs, there couldnt have been an 'only one'.

And I don't even wanna start on that whole HOT house pregnancy and room disaster.

I don't see what all these matter... storywise me ( Fuckface ) and Zoey are done... whoever you are with at the crossroad is YOUR choice... the others path leave room for a possible reunion between the two but let's not kid ourselves... plenty of other " others " are in front of Zoey in that line...

If you made your choice the jealousy question became void... if not ( others ) following up on Fuckface' behaviour pattern it could lead to a brawl or a DP for that matter... still not sure why we do this over a hypothesis that really suits this scenario... which is unlikely at best
