There are two allegedly trivial scenes that I liked and that I think illustrate Josy's character quite well.
One was in the cafeteria after Lucas (good bloke btw) greeted her. Maya mentioned how easy it is for Josy to make friends. She responded by saying it's not easy and takes effort (talk to people and stay friendly).
The other one was towards the end, when the group is on their way to Burke's. She approaches Fuckface wondering what they're here for actually, trying to achieve.
To me these little scenes show she's communicative, realistic and smart. Given more story, she would make a great LI imo, beyond being girl next door.
Could also me overanalysing anyway.

There are a fair few scenes where she demonstrates logic and good reason. Add to that she is what seems to be incredibly loyal to those close to her. Bonus, will take a full load of MC in the mouth at anytime. Too many wins to mention.

First, this would imply that Quinn is therefore ignorant and intolerant because she assumes Maya looks down on her, but you yourself write that Maya's attitude is more "live and let live" and intolerant because Quinn shows contempt for the people who reject her view.

When Maya agreed to the HOTs, Quinn wanted Camila and Maya for the restaurant. This is evident from the first Freeroam event in college when the MC went to the WC. At that point, Quinn had no further information about Maya.

First, the conversation we overhear between her and Riona has no context. It's not clear if Quinn is discussing Camila and Maya as HOT pledges or as restaurant dishes. Yes, by Episode 3 we know Quinn is planning on adding Maya to the menu, but we don't know when that started. Second, it doesn't take much time to get a read on Maya; it's not like she conceals her views (save on her own sexuality, obviously). I don't think Maya would intentionally insult Quinn, but Quinn's quite willing to take offense anyway.

But what you wrote could still be true. In the first Gender Studies class, Maya was paired with Sarah for the discussion. Sarah is on the menu at Quinn's restaurant. So Quinn likely received information about Maya and her perspective. As a result, Quinn saw Maya through different eyes and began to play with Maya.

This puts the café conversation from EP1 between Maya and the MC in a different light. This was before the first gender studies class, but after Maya had agreed to be at the HOTs. Maya also convinced the MC to sign up for the Gender Studies course in that interim. I just wonder if Maya was instructed by Quinn to interview the MC so Quinn could get information about the MC.

Sorry. I can't help thinking that Quinn recognized the MC from her high school days, but hasn't seen him in a while and wants more information about him.

I'm sure Quinn does get information from Sarah. I do not believe she instructed Maya to get close to the MC since I doubt she'd expect Maya to share her insights on the MC with Quinn.

Hello, long time lurker fist time replying,

hi loved that you made this I Used the standalone mega file, I have so many playthroughts just testing maxing out this mini game. (wish DPC offered this type of mod himself)

there are 3 errors, 2 are just missing sets of visual files with no effect on mini game, I don't think they need to be addressed (1st after bella in lib) (2nd durring rusty's final speach) but 1 error does effect the mini game.

ERROR 3) for some reason the mod does not record the progress of the next to last session of episode seven, the last ep 7 session (opens with lying in bed and skips the freeroam) seems to just give me the xp from that preivious session opened with, but doesnt add cash earned or rooms repaired, in short 1 whole session is lost, after that the mod functions normally

thought you'd like to know.

Also I love he little touch of repair based opening scenes in the menu you went above and beyond with that for a mod

Hey thanks for the feedback.

Good find with the freeroam mansion bug. There was a line of code that was common for each instance of the minigame, but it was sitting among a bunch of unrelated shit in the freeroam code and I deleted it by mistake.

That'll explain why I failed to on last run, I missed an entire session!

Anyway, fixed those three bugs. If you download the attachment of the earlier post and unzip it into your standalone "game" folder, it'll fix the freeroam bug. Or you can download the entire standalone again, it also includes the missing images.
