Where? There's a part at the end of Ch.8 where she's worried about not having protection, but you have the option to pull out. That's the only thing I can recall that's remotely close to what you are describing.
Not sure where but Steam maybe.? But sometimes that's all it takes for a girls first time to get pregnant though

Heather mentions something late in Ch.8 about her cycle or something I think. That's what clued in most people on her. Also, it avoids the dreaded 3 letter blackspot if it's either one of those ladies, since you can't sleep with them thus far.
