Not here to change anyone's mind so it's not a argument on my part just a personal opinion as I said this is buckle down for good ending time. And adding another whole to pump seems like a not so good plan lol. I lucked out and got good ending first playthrough of acting lessons because honestly didn't like his first game was completely uninvested in even the main character. Best friend dying of cancer? big whoop didn't care about him couldn't die soon enough not that I'd care if he lived or died someone burnt to death oh noooos. So, what didn't care about her either.
I'm honestly flabbergasted the same person that could write that dumpster fire of a vn could make this masterpiece where I'm invested in every character even the side pieces such as Mona Riona Camille etc. Never met Madam but something tells me I'd be invested in her somehow as well. It's like night and day but I'm still on a ledge here waiting for the blindside that's not so blindside at the end of this work with drug dealers, sex traffickers', molesters, manipulators, and possible closet sociopaths (looking at Isabella) running around who knows what he has planned.

Now that's the kind of scenes I'd happily vote for in the Patreon polls.

I don't see that happening, though, considering how tough it is for women to choose a restaurant. DPC would probably turn the choice into a minigame (à la, beachball) where the difficulty is hard coded to Extreme.

the only effect of the interlude on Zoey's love/hate level is essentially related to whether or not the interlude is responsible for the delay of the ninth chapter.

maybe as shazba says there was also someone who changed their mind about the character (but not only positively, also negatively) but are we talking about a 0.1%?

that we're talking about it here is really insignificant, we've been talking for a couple of months about who the girl in the anal preview was by studying the lumber of every desk in the game.... let alone not talking about a character being reintroduced into the story (complete with a preview assuring us that it will happen as early as the next chapter...

i actually dropped this game early so idk who is sage or i forgot it .some people saying he is gay and there is lesbian tag. im here for normal sex or well written story with some unique stuff like sci fi .this game has lesbians and pretty boring theme to me .i also feel bad for chad's girlfriend .so it makes big difference to me i can play it if he is normal garbage .

They actually both appeal to me, obviously for entirely different reasons. Quinn was very off-putting at first, but she grew on me to the point where I added a dedicated route for her just in case it pans out. Maya was an instant like which grew stronger, then weaker, then stronger again.

I will say this about Maya, though. I have never felt so endeared when being called stupid as when she says it:






Almost every time any other character says the MC is stupid, it comes across as insulting. But when Maya says it, I think it's pretty damned cute.

I also think it's because of the delayed Episode 9. But canceling Interlude wouldn't change anything - DPC still had to tell Zoey backstory as a long Episode 9 opening. And we'd get the same 9-10 months of development . Episode 9 would be gigantic.

But there's this theme: Zoey haters and haters of the Interlude in general are too suspiciously loud in the thread. Some really try to get people to change their minds in an ultimatum tone.
I can easily explain why all these people are screaming into the void and they are not right. In terms of artistic writing, Interlude and Zoyey return are absolutely logical. Chekhov's gun in action.
As for Madame Rose . There is a 95% chance you won't like it. This is the question in which this thread has reached unity in hating her.

My opinion is that the Interlude could have been done better. In terms of script, I rate it 4/5, no more. The DPC could connect Zoey more strongly to San Diego characters, such as the sex scene between Zoey and the guy with orange hair. Then the drama with Emma would have been more significant. But then the snowflakes from the DPC Discord would start yelling: REEEEEEE! NTR!
But that would be cooler! Zoey would get attached to this orange guy and in the future this storyline could be used. The scene of the orange guy - Emma is generally meaningless. When Zoey turned down a threesome. (snowflakes howl from Discord again) I don't see any problem at all when girls who are not the main LI have sex on the side.
As a result, we can say that Interlude is a good backstory with the possibility of customizing Zoey personality. 4/5 could have been better.
I liked the opportunity to customize Zoey. Decide whether she is a DIK or a CHICK. It seems to me that DIK personality suits her more. Let's see how the difference in its behavior will be implemented depending on the player's choice.

Its not forced at all in this game like in lots of shows and movies these days & they are not overrepresented. Definitely recommend playing this game
