She is active on Swyper. Both Jill and the MC are very close to Cathy and so it would be no wonder if both were at the hospital. Cathy also said to the MC that luckily she doesn't have to go there that often.

Furthermore, this could be de triggering reason when Isabella and Jill are at de Halloween party.

Or Isabella has found the panties and is taking revenge on Cathy.

I'll add a theory: what if this is related to the famous traitor couple of Jill's friends? that would better explain her presence

As we know, it isn't a long way from MC's home to B&R, so if it is something serious Neil could have been transferred to a bigger hospital. It's also possible Neil was working in town near B&R and there was some accident (maybe involving a big ball with a broken mute button?) causing some serious problems?

Don't think it's someone of Jill's friends, in that case she would have been more depressed, like MC for example.

But the one with the worried face is the MC... I would bet that something happened to Neil, and that either the image is from common history, i.e. Jill has a car and could take the MC fast or it will change who is with him if it is from branch... and it could also connect with the image of the encounter with Zoe.

I agree that it is part of the common story, a scene in the hospital cannot be secondary

MC has the easy worry...

even if Bella were the one in danger more likely to be MC going off the deep end than Jill

however, if it were Neil why is it just Jill? that's what puts me in doubt, unless the chosen LI is present. i think it's a part of the story that involves Jill in some way, so Bella could be a serious candidate.

I wouldn't hate the latter idea, but I feel with only 1 episode buildup and the party taking the majority of it, it would not be satisfying storytelling.

I'm sticking with Neil...or Ron puts Derek in a coma because he made Karen laugh.

Really looking forward to the reunion of MC and Zoey in the present, I know she's a late arrival and it's very unlikely, but I kinda hope she has a full romance route - I'm a sucker for both punk and childhood friend LI's. I'm also hoping for a Quinn route though, so I can't be too greedy I guess.

Is this, a Jill branch, story, or an universal storyline?. Is She pregnant, is Neil in coma, or simply, Jill get STD or AIDS , because MC fucked with a lots of women without condom, before her?!

This could be another scenario. We all know MC suffers from a serious disease called Pussyitis. He's probably at the hospital because he had a panic attack after seeing Zoey or reading the "big reveal" in his mother's diary.

You gave me an idea. What if the checkup isn't for Neil, but for MC?

We have that preview in which Sage is holding MC's hand in her room. What if MC faints in the bathroom or starts feeling unwell and the group has to make an early exit without the situation being solved?

It gives an explanation to the Sage preview. Bella's preview is when she goes to check up on MC. Jill's is the doctor checkup. Maya and Josy's preview is unrelated to the situation.

Just a thought.
