I did not understand the example...Makes sense, but if C and C1 use both B and A, you have to do it. For it not to be confusing let's say:
A is helped Quinn.
B is for the Maya&Josy threesome.
C is Quinn Others route
C1 is for Maya&Josy choice.
There's no way for you to leave B behind, because you need B for M&J.
in reality A does not happen if you can do after B
