Glad I backed up v0.8.2 raw installer on my server. As long as it doesn't cause any save compatibility issues, I'll keep it as my permanent version of Season 1 so as not to lose any of the originally intended music tracks.

I liked some of their songs but not gonna lie, don't really care. I just wanted some numbers so ename could do the thing with the graphs and somehow ease the impatient feeling that's slowly bubbling up.

It actually remplace all the removed tracks: all_the_roads, amsterdam, guardian_angel, punk_rock_flu, seed_of_doubt
social_wreck was also altered by other one already existing.

Honestly that new track isn't terrible. I'm going to miss Punk Rock Flu, but this new song is a decent replacement I suppose.

I found it on Steam. It’s still not worth downloading it, if it’s to delete the Friday Prophet’s songs. :confused:

Not really. Most musicians talk a big game about bucking the system, use porn stars for their art, offensive language or imagery; they're all rebels and lovers and freedom fighters, but that's all it is, talk. Metallica was furious that their fans could listen to their music for free on Youtube without paying for it. The Beatles preached a world of love, but John Lennon beat women pretty regularly. Rage against the Machine LITERALLY told their fans to disobey and distrust the government, then verbally attacked anyone who didn't get a vaccine last year.

My point is artists aren't known for their morality. Which makes sense, in many ways a strict code of scruples or a strong disgust metric hinders art. So don't expect a lot of integrity from the kind of people it really doesn't resonate with. They're looking out for themselves, first and foremost. If this makes them look bad, they aren't going to take a stand and risk social disapproval*. Its been a real problem for our society since we shifted from dignity culture.


*the disapproval of others is the worst possible thing to ever happen to you or anyone in history. Obviously.
