The simple fact is that at the moment it does seem the interlude has been a waste of time but that can't be known for sure until Zoey comes into the main story and we see how the choices made for Zoey change how she influences Fuckface (and potentially the other girls too) within the story.

Zoey is filler and only there to cause conflict where there is almost none anymore. I compared this before with a JDRAMA. At first you get to knw eachother than you are in love and everything is fine until the EX shows up for one of these people. Sometimes it is even both of them one in the middle and the last on during the climax.

WE have 2 Seasons of established characters with a lot of conflict potential. We have the drug stuff, We have BEklla and Jill, Maya and family and so on. Who really is intersted in another girl that was potrayed as narcisttic selfish and egoisticial and only comes back because she fucked up

Interlude was a waste of time though. It could have been redeemed imo, if DrPrickC*nt had included say, a house fire scene, where we can have the chance of saving Jill, Zoey or Bella from burning to a crisp or just leaving all 3 of them there to die a slow, painful death. As I did for the abhorrent ME3 ending, I would pick option 4 and go about my day, happy and fullfilled.

Every year around this time, I review my Patreon page and make changes to my tiers. This year, I have no changes to any tiers below $75, but I've made a tough decision regarding the $75, $100, and $150 tiers.

I have decided to discontinue the monthly Custom render reward starting January 2023. This means that the orders requested in November will be created and posted in December, and that will be the end of this reward.

The changes will be reflected as follows:

DIK Vice President (and above)

• Added: This is an additional support tier for those who would like to contribute extra.
• Rewards from previous tiers
• Removed: Access to recent Custom renders
• Removed: Each month, participate in entering suggestions for custom renders. 4 out of all entries are handpicked and produced for the following month. There's a chance that the produced renders will appear in the game.
• DIK Vice President role on the DrPinkCake Discord server.

To further explain my reasoning behind this decision, creating 12-16 high-quality renders per month has become a considerable task.

Creating new environments for one-time use, buying assets, posing the renders, rendering, and distribution are eating up 7-10% of development time every month.

36 months of custom orders have yielded 513 unique custom renders, meaning I have way more than enough Custom renders to last the remaining Pack Quests of Being a DIK.

Going forward, I want to put that time back into game development.

I hope that those affected understand my reasoning behind this decision.

I understand if any Vice President or DIK President tier 1/2 would now want to lower their pledge unless you feel you still want to contribute extra to the game development.

Credit where it's due, canning the customs is a sensible move. They're great for those that get them every month, I'm sure, but clearly in the nice to have category (except for the Quinn ones, which are of course essential).

That he's looking for ways to free up more of his time to focus on the meat of game development is definitely encouraging. It hints at someone who's probably been a tad more bothered by the length of the development cycle this time than his "it takes as long as it takes" comments have sometimes suggested. I hope he goes further and really asks himself some tough questions about time and resources in episode 10, but for now this is a step in the right direction.

I'm glad Zoey is back. I'm not interested in any of the main girls, so if it wasn't for her, I'd just fuck every side girl I like for the entire game. And with her, at least there's a choice. There are side girls with relationship potential like Quinn and Lily, but it's unclear if anything serious will come of it.

I can kind of see a relationship potential with Riona for a couple reasons:
Talking to her at HOT place on Sage path in Ep.4
Telling her about DIK Cathy drama if you tell her the truth, in ep.5 she will tell that the truth about Quinn needing money.
Helping out her with money
trusting MC with her being followed
Kissing him after helping her out
Hell, I can see her maybe telling him about Quinn's side business in the future if she trusts you.

Then the funny moments when MC teases her for having thing in order and then her getting back at MC at the end of #8 was fucking funny.
