Played it 3 more times though on different paths, im sorry but this episode as good as the visuals look, is complete dogshit.

no exaggeration, if you hold CTRL after the planning mini-game is done you can finish a different playthrough really fast. like in 25 min or something. i havent finished every path yet, but so far very little is actually different and as long as you dont go in circles in the mansion cause of forgetting where people are hanging out it is a quick run though, albeit very tedious

Dude.....same. I was a hard Maya fan until I got deeper into Sage's story and how much deeper of a character she is. DPC is really good at layering character traits like when you'd do more sweet things and her expressions change to her falling more and more for the MC. I mean you tell her about chad and miss out on a sex scene but you get kind of a better one where shes obviously just falling hard. Then you get to the park and that damn leaf sold me on their entire relationship.
The biggest issue is it feels VERY forced. You have people who continually say to the MC, "It's cool if you fuck others; I don't care." Then end of episode 2, the MC goes "Well, I can no longer abide my fuckboy ways. Whom do I pick?"
Then even if you pick "no one in particular", all the girls that previously didn't care if you were screwing around now really care overnight. S1, and most of S2 Josy&Maya: "Nah, it's cool if you're with Jill/Sage/Whoever." S3 Josy&Maya: "You didn't choose us, so never look at us again."
If all the characters in S1/S2 were continually pushing the MC to make a choice and eventually stopped screwing the MC until he did choose, it would not feel so very poorly forced.

Ohh, unexpected. I downloaded the latest update, but it's got no START function, it's just chapter 9.
It's probably impractical for the game to include everything in one, but it sure would be nice to not have to go from essentially one game to another... especially since my copy of the original game is on my old PC.

Sorry, but I was just wondering, for those who have a mac or MacBook and have downloaded the compressed version, did it work for you guys? Because for some odd reason it is not working for me. If anyone knows how to solve the issue, much appreciated.

Nice update/visuals but judging from the story that we got it wasnt worth the wait or the time that it took, i feel like this update was more to the "just tryna see some sex scenes and bust" rather than "we wanna see more from the story"
Cause the last update was big and we expected big things from this new update like the Adjustments for MC but instead we only got One night of party (where tbh why did it need to have so many free roams in one night and the mansion was pretty stressful) it was a bummer i thought we were gonna have a cool new arc but still loved the effort from DrPinkcake I hope next update isnt gonna take this long

It is better. Most people like this game because the characters aren't just empty development wise. How are you gonna tell any of the women who arent admittedly whores that you love them and want a relationship. That's not how characters with good writing and depth work. Jill and Isabella definitely aren't sticking around for that mess if you dont want their writing to go to crap. Do you think Sage isnt going to hear about how you fucked all of her sisters after you said you want to commit to her? Also you can reject getting into a relationship and hit all the side tang. Some of the best parts of the game are the developing relationships with the girls and the fuckboi game never lasts that long when feeling get involved.
Side note: there are 18 new scenes that are all pretty damn good. How many would make you feel better?

it s the very first episode of the season. Its supposed to be set up and continuing threads.
Yeah, kinda sick of free roams. I feel like the free roams earlier in S1/S2 had at least a bit of "if you do this in free roam first, thing X happens. If you do something else first, thing Y happens."
But in S3 and later in S2, they have turned into "click each room until you find all the interactables; it means almost nothing the order in which you do things".

So, potentially stupid question here, but at the end of the party I've got the optional tasks of talking to Sarah/Melanie, Finding Sally, Talking to Lily/Nicole and Talking to Quinn. I can do the Mel/Sarah and Find Sally ones just fine, but Lily/Nicole and Quinn aren't highlighting and aren't clickable, which is fucking annoying as all shit since Quinn is Best Girl.
Anyone have a solution to this by any chance? I saw it mentioned as a problem earlier in the thread like 40 pages ago but the only "solution" offered I saw wasn't actually an answer because the dude misunderstood the problem.
I also had a weird situation where going with Sage to the Haunted Basement swapped her out for Riona and Camila, blocking me from getting a Sage scene in the basement when on her path apparently.
Are these old save mod-related issues or something?
Either way, unless the Quinn and Sage scenes I missed are fucking spectacular this felt like a fucking weak update that turned the MC into a giant pussy in many ways and further forced fucking Tit-Tats Zoey back into the god damn spotlight again. This shit seriously needs a "Nope. Fuck off, bitch." option for her and for fucking Maya.
