I say it's plausible. For what it's worth, her costume looks similar to Zoe's. Like they are from the same collection\shop or something. Or they just came from some themed 3d model props pack.

That would be entertaining but I don't think so. Lana looks a lot bustier and taller than mask chick. Mask Chick has a very petite frame like Sally or Josy.

I'm leaning toward her being a new character entirely at this point. I don't think there is a solid match with any existing characters. Either that, or she's a cameo from another game.

Generally I agree with most of your summary and with most of what you wrote in your lengthy post.

Not everything, but 80% of it. Still, I do see episode 9 in a more positive light and cosider it a good update. Why?

Prolly not a foursome relationship, no. another thrupple i believe in and of course maybe a onetime thing with the addition of sage or lily by Jose's words at party i know either of them would be down jill not so much. But you also have to factore in as they said... They're all friends now so for all we know DPC could come out of left field with a harem type thing i havn't done jill route yet but maybe after you pop the top she becomes the most perverted of the 6 of them haha.
