This is nothing fanboy, no hurt feelings either, i never said a ren'py game is the most complex, you fail to see any context to the discussion and start framing me into some none existing role... I'm not paid by DPC nor do i have the intention to make excuses for anything he does, but if people fuck their game up it's easy, they fuck their game up, but don't come crying here that it's DPC's fault, it might be his problem if mods fuck up his game and he gets bad reviews from it, so he might have chosen a way to keep the problem where it really is.... With the people fucking their saves up.... Yeah, with said cheat detection...

SO you can call me a butthurt fanboy, i don't care, bottom line is when people having problems with the cheat detection are blaming anybody but themselves, while we all know they are just putting the blame on others....
Maybe you have to feel the need to put me into a corner just to feel better yourself, i dunno....
In the end nothing changes.... you fuck up your saves, you complain, and it's always the other who is to blame...

Firstly no we were not, my first reply to you has "Most games AAA, indie, porn whatever get" and you literally put "Even the AAA ones, still only have a fraction of the complexity BaDik has" at no point were we talking about just F95 or Ren'py. That was the point across gaming devs tend to leave modders and even cheaters alone in SP games. It's ridiculous DPC a porn dev couldn't do so. My first comment I call him a dickhead because most devs don't feel the need to mess with modders or cheaters, the word save is not in it. My second comment saves come up to refute your point that only people with messed up saves have an issue. As I said you are missing my point. My problem is that the detection is there at all, full stop. A single player VN doesn't need it and DPC was a control freak dickhead for putting it in and had no reason to. No matter how you put it that was a dick move. Devs from AAA studios with hundreds of people to some dude on his desktop don't do it so DPC did not need to. Virtually every other dev can deal with modders, mod users, cheaters and idiots without resorting to this.

It also doesn't even do what you say. Atm you have people using mods without detection, people using mods with detection, people using mods annoyed about DPCs protections, people like me not using mods that dislike it's there. Yes that will create so much less issues than people just using mods without any detection. Any dev under the sky will get stupid people or shit reviews, this won't solve that. It's unnecessary, he had no reason to put it in other than a dickhead attempt to exert control. The bottom line is people wouldn't be complaining about cheat detection if it wasn't there would they? So yes it is entirely a rod he made for his own back.

Dude I called him a dickhead and you jumped down my throat. Why would I not think it's fanboying?

Honestly...to me it felt like: "Since there is nothing interesting going on with Jill's path, we have to make it interesting SOMEHOW". Like...all other paths have some kind of drama or action, but her path is just...extremely vanilla. Is there even any conflict left now that Tybalt is pretty much pushed out of the picture? Maybe her parents not liking the MC and forcing here to end the romance at some point, but right now I don't see any issue or cause for drama.

Honestly, the more I replay this episode 9 (with all these paths), the more I have the feelings that DrPinkCake

- wanted to punish anyone who did not choose the "others" DIK path;

- really dislikes Jill the most and just wants to mock and mistreat her (and us).


Man, Arieth and Jill are really mistreated. They look like huge morons.

You also can't offer her to stay the night. Or accept her drink. Or take pictures together.

But i'd say that's fair. Either your MC is indeed mad at her and not interested in getting all friendly in less than a week, or don't pick the option they're mad at her. "My feelings are all over the place" is a reasonable alternative.

That may be the case if you like both of them.
As for the break up, maybe...we will see how that turns out in the throuple.
I think the the others path will be the better choice if you aim for a solo path, but yeah no content...
Depending on when that will happen, i wonder if the solo path will even be worth the wait, it would be difficult to even catch up with the content the side girls got.
