I have not played this game before, and intent to play the game on a windows PC. I am a bit confused about the download zip-files you can get from page 1 of this thread.

Do you download season 1-2 and then the last Season 3 Interlude+Episode9? Should the two downloads be considered as two separate games?

Is the patch needed anymore, when you have not played the game before?

There is some connection, because you can transfer some saves to the “new game” and the link gives instructions to do that.

Yes season 1-2 and season 3 are separate because of size. You don't need patches if you are new. When you finish season 2 you'll be prompted to make a special save that you can then import into season 3.

Usually, people receive an inheritance when they turn 18 or 21 according the laws of coming of age of the different countries, or the parents or legal tutor receives it before, in the name of the child for child's support. I don't know a country where people comes to age to 19. Does it happen in any state in USA?

Ironically this thread is probably the least likely to have out of control fights stopped by mods. Because by the time the mods respond to the reports, the fight is already 10 pages back and no one will ever know whether the mods removed it
