First off, great update and I am enjoying the story and where it's going. Don't think I'm bitching about the game or anything, but does this newest update seem shorter than previous ones to anyone else?
It could have been that I was just into the story more and didn't notice how much was in it, time flies and all that, but I swear it felt shorter to me.
Anyway, really liking where everything is going.

Don't worry, a lot of people felt like you, including me. It really seems like this episode was shorter, it was a giant free roam and gave us more questions than answers. I ended up creating a lot of expectations about this being the first episode of season 2 and I ended up being a little disappointed because of that, at least we have the jacket now.
The jocks are in a worse situation with the councelors. They expelled Chad from the frat, and the frat itself is at risk if they keep bulling the MC. And what do they do? They thrash his frat. Seriously, among all the jocks they don't have one brain cell.
They do talk about him in the first free roam after the cumpetition. Some DIKs are talking about him in the couch. Not by name, but it's pretty clear.
I've been suspicious of them since Jamie's phone was stolen when he was dancing with Sally.

What has that to do with anything? Cathy is the one keeping her identity a secret, not the MC. He knows she would know who he is immediatly.

Why are we still guessing chad's lover it is mentioned in the last update that it is melanie.

It's not Melanie, MC saw her at the gym when Chad got the call.
Not even Sarah either, both of them was at the gym together at that moment, unless you know, one of them had to uh, "go for a toilet break" or something

It can feel shorter because there are a handful of optional scenes that can be missed and there are choices that make you miss content because you're picking either or more than previous episodes.
Yeah and also she mentioned in episode 3 or 2 something along these lines: "James Come back to me home.". So theory about missing in action are far more plausible.

i cant see any game being better than this one guys, i really loved the update , im sad that now we will have to wait long time for another one but it is worth it.

Yeah, Derek is VERY loyal to the MC and didn't just say that Maya had a girlfriend because he had promised his sister that he wouldn't talk about it.
For me I feel a greater friendship with Derek than with Liam from Acting Lessons, because in Acting Lessons DPC basically says "Here, this is your friend, trust him.", already in Being a DIK, DPC puts Derek as the first friend of MC in college and you will gradually befriend him as he shows his personality.
