Apparently, we will see the backstory of Bella. This was the case in the season 1 finale when we were told about the story of Josy and Maya.
There will be memories of her husband, how they met and how they lived. Let's remember season 1 again.
There were several important elections in it:
1) friendship or relationship with Josie and Maya
2) sex with Jade
3) smoking weed or not.
My assumptions about difficult choices
1) I believe sex with Heather will happen and it will affect the relationship with Sage and other deeks in the future.
2) Tell or keep the secret of Chad
3) I think about the date of Bella and the main character will become known to Jill. Out of frustration, she will start dating Tybalt.

What you say about Chad seems to totally ignore that he is gay and just plays the boyfriend with Sage because it was the occasion to show everybody that he's the typical straight muscular guy.
He doesn't care about Sage, she is just a tool and his reaction towards the MC was not jalousy, it was because he thought that the MC was responsible for the pictures he received. And of course he had to show everybody that Sage is his girl as the alpha male he wants to be seen as.
But for Sage it's the opposite, she is in love with Chad and even if the MC is her fuckbuddy just to fill he sexual needs, she will not give up on Chad so easily.
I guess that if the MC tells her about Chad and Troy later she will not believe him and maybe ditch him for trying to tarnish her love.
And if someone comes up with a proof, she will be devastated.
What i like in that story is that the characters are not one sided, just like Quinn, she is not just a nasty bitch and Chad is not just the typical gay. They have mixed feelings, Chad is gay but doesn't really accept it because he has that social position of the alpha male of a group of bodybuilders!!
And those guys who seem to be so "male" are playing butt beer games !!
So that's full of hypocrisy, doubts, insecurity, a good perception of the universe of young adults and that's why this game is so good despite of many flaws.

On the Quinn train of thought, even though she is a bitch (no discussion, she is, just like Tommy was an asshole.) there is a very underappreciated scene showing her vulnerability way before the punch(which didn't do it, for me at least).

If you go in her bedroom while staying with Sage, after you use her then leave, the expression on her face was just heartbreaking. DPC did a great job on it.

So, yeah. There is flaws, and a lot of in your face moments, but there is also some amazing stuff in between. Which makes it a great game.

Replaying the game, I noticed that the main character at some point behaves like Vinnie. Will he also leave the brotherhood at some point in history? I think leaving the brotherhood will be the main theme of the third season.

in the continuation of the story nobody can tell, but for now Quinn is completely independent from the LIs, even from Sage.

being with Sage only allows you one more interaction with Quinn in chapter four, but it's not crucial
