And now seriously. It doesn't look like there's going to be a threesome. Sage is definitely drunk. Apparently it happened during the planning of the party. I suppose it's part of the "truth" or "action" game. But let's imagine that a threesome really happened. There are several consequences of this.
1) Sage still considers MС only as a fuck buddy. Otherwise, if she had taken him seriously, she would never have gone for it.
2)It can have a long-term impact on the relationship with both Quinn and Sage. Look at Quinn's face. She looks serious. Whereas Sage is relaxed. Probably drunk casual sex doesn't mean anything to Sage. But that's not the case for Quinn.
3) Maybe an important choice is to have group sex with Quinn and Sage or not? Probably choosing it will close Sage's path as a romantic partner.
I hope so! I want evil season 1 Sage back..no more rebound guy CHICK Sage, please and thank you.
I have to agree with boop's take on Sage and the threesome, I think Sage is a true DIK girl when it comes to sex and would totally be down for most things... but the whole Chad affair has caused her a lot of doubt and I think her self-esteem took a huge hit as well. I personally don't think she has an innate fear of rejection per se, she's like a 10/10 from a rich family so it's unlikely she's been rejected much in her life, but when it does happen - with Chad, and when the MC rejects her advances during the sparring match - she doesn't know how to deal and loses her shit. It's pretty on-point for a spoiled, hot rich girl. Sage sets the terms, Sage gets what she wants, and if you get in Sage's way she'll run you the fuck over. We've seen how vindictive she can be when she gets the MC to spy on Chad and fucks around him with a lot despite clearly being hung up with Chad still (e.g. her at the party in ep 7 when she sees Chad leaving).Agreed. The lovey-dovey shit with Sage right now feels weird and im still salty DPC is forcing us into a relationship if we were fine with the FwB arrangement.
She also doesn't take me as the lovey-dovey hand holding type. It's like these heathens are trying to convert her into a red-headed Jill.
Im sitting down as I write this, but I refuse to stand for it.
Someone who cares more than I do can dig out the screenshots, but I just cant agree with this take.
Sage is the type of person willing and able to fuck you in public with zero damns given, at the DIK party (CB'd by Jacob) and at the HOT party. She herself says during her earlier hangouts sex isnt something she puts on a pedestal.
I believe her issue with Chad was more so due to the fact that he basically used her as a beard with zero regard for how she feels. He refuses to kiss her, he refuses to have sex with her, he doesn't care to spend time with her, seemingly the only time he even cared she existed was during big gatherings as arm candy. Meanwhile, he apparently has no issue being sexual with who Sage imagines at this point is Melanie.
I think that in a secure relationship with a dude who clearly desires and respects her, she okay with having a relationship like Elena and John Boy. Every time she's rejected she goes into Hulk mode, I think she's just extremely sensitive to rejection.
This is my prophecy.
So tl;dr on the threesome from Sage's perspective, it's all in good fun and I can't really see participating in a threesome with Sage as damaging the relationship or somehow meaning that she doesn't take the relationship seriously. We have no idea if she's the type of girl to want an exclusive relationship if things get super serious, but I think the evidence of her sexuality points to being okay with a threesome or three.
Also keep in mind that this is all taking place after MC discovers that Chad is gay, so he could have already told Sage about it. That means Sage might have finally let Chad go, regained her full sexual confidence and will finally be the one actual hardcore DIK LI we have in this game
Now as for Quinn in that scene... buckle up nerds
Couple things to keep in mind about about the Quinn/Sage relationship.
1. As far as we know, Quinn has been betraying Sage and running drugs and prostitution behind her back. That will put Quinn on edge around her, especially considering how many things have gone wrong for Quinn's plans and how close she probably is to being discovered.
2. Quinn is intimidated by Sage. Whether it's because of Sage's family background/wealth/connections, or the fact that she knows how competent and intelligent Sage is so she doesn't want her as an enemy, or maybe as a woman because Sage is sexy and more charismatic as a leader. Whatever the reason, Quinn views Sage as a threat, not just for the MC's affection if he happens to be on her path, but in general.
3. Quinn was Sage's daughter. They've undoubtedly done heaps of kinky shit together, just like Riona and Camilla do. It makes perfect sense that if Sage was going to have a threesome with the MC and any other girl, it would be her former daughter Quinn, especially since Sage mentions that Quinn can't stop talking about the MC when he stays at the HOTs house (regardless of whether you're on Quinn's path at that point).
So with those things in mind, it's pretty obvious why Quinn would be on edge in that screenshot and Sage is acting more casual. Probably the only thing that was stopping Sage from discovering Quinn's betrayal was her being distracted with Chad, and it's likely at the time of that scene that Sage has found out about Chad's gayness and is no longer distracted, making Quinn anxious, though I could be wrong about the timing on that. So there are plenty of good reasons for Quinn's seriousness that are unrelated to her potential jealousy at sharing the MC with Sage if you're on her path.
All this to say, really, that I don't think this is a 'Quinn jealousy' moment like when she discovers you fucking Sage. It's very possible, in fact almost certain in my mind, that the planning scene with Sage and Quinn is going to have two different versions depending on whether you're on Quinn's path or not - just like we've seen with the two variations of Quinn being jealous or not at the party. But Quinn's jealousy won't be the central theme of the planning scene, it'll more likely be Quinn's general anxiety about betraying Sage and being discovered. That's my general feeling right now anyway.
There's a very small chance in my mind that Quinn will be rocking the boat in any way, shape or form during the planning. She'll probably do exactly what Sage says and might even reject the MC if he tries to kiss her or be affectionate to her like he is privately. Again, this is because Quinn has so much on the line with Sage not finding out about her betrayal that she'll probably find it difficult to get into the mood, or doesn't want to reveal just how much she likes the MC in front of Sage.
Anyway, those are my general predictions and feelings about the planning scene. The tl;dr is that the threesome, if it happens at all, will be super hot obviously, but there's just so much hanging over Quinn's head that I'm not really enthusiastic that it'll all go well. Quinn's expression sums up my thoughts as well really. I don't want to damper anyone's hype for the scene because I'm hyped as well but yeah
Honestly feel the same way bro. Not a single preview of the Halloween party, not a single cluck mentioning the Halloween party, and the very last preview only shows the two people were planning the party with.
I dont have a TARDIS and although I dont think its going to happen in this episode it'd be dumb of me to outright state it wont happen. It could, I just dont think it will all things considered.
It's hard to imagine there won't be a Halloween party, DPC has changed his avatar to show Quinn in her costume at least... maybe this episode will have the start of the Halloween party, then a big cliffhanger will happen and the party will finish next episode with the resolution? There just seems to have been so much hype for the party itself I can't imagine that DPC would tease a season finale full of only planningThere just better be a Halloween party, that's all I'm saying.![]()
