I agree with this 100%, I think it has something to do with the plan Quinn and Tommy have. The pictures that were given to Chad is what set him off to fight the MC. Dawe hasn't responded with the Arieth photos yet if I remember correctly and the jocks are likely planning something. The reason Quinn and Tommy would likely sabotage the other cliques including their own is likely them wanting to create a prostitution and drug ring that they would run. Sage and Rusty are probably not on board with that idea which means they need to get them out and take over their respective presidency's. The nerds are the only one that hasn't been messed with too much. Some theorize that the nerds we're paid off to get the pictures of Arieth and the posting of the picture of Cathy on rooster, which makes a lot of sense because it finally gives the nerds a part in the story and drama instead of just being there for the MC to talk to.

A comparable gut punch to AL and an atmosphere that feels like you dove head first into Pink Floyd's Darkside of the Moon, after gobbling as much substance as Keith Richards did his entire time on Earth at once. The mini-games are skipable, but if you play'em they add to the atmosphere.

An incest game which embraces and develops the stomach revolt non fans of the genre have. The visuals are breathtaking and help tell the story in a way text never could. Downside is development has been quite slow.
Do not play w/o the incest patch or it looks like a movie edited by a mentally challenged 5 yo. Do not play if we're feeling down.

I think name88 made a pretty compelling case why Quinn and Tommy didn't have anything to do with these shenanigans. You don't make money by bringing your best customers into your pay roll, you don't make a hostile takeover if it means getting rid of your primary investor.

Not that Quinn doesn't have her schemes and Tommy might either have a part in it or his own if cares enough to drop his fix for 5min, but remember AL when all lights were pointed at the rapist stepdad and his dirty cop partner and in the end it was that crazy bitch? I think something similar, much more subtle, is going on.

Yeah I agree. It doesn't make much sense for Tommy to want to get rid of Rusty at least based off what we know at the moment. Rusty being a Bergmeister gives the DIK's a lot of leeway with the college as we know. He is able to bring a steady flow of alcohol in without getting in trouble as is mentioned in episode four and there's obviously other perks too. It also explains how they got the house in the first place.

Tommy and Rusty appear to have a good relationship too, they founded the DIK's together, and even if Quinn wanted to remove Rusty for whatever reason, she seems to genuinely like Tommy and probably wouldn't want to fuck with his best friend (?).

I'm not buying the Quinn and Tommy want to fuck over Sage and Rusty theory.
