I have a soft spot for Heather and Sally because they are the only girls who are honest and take a strong view of the main character. I'd be just as wary of someone who acts like a paragon but sleeps around.
With them, there is no questionable sex-for-money; nor are the girls looking for a white knight, they are capable of fending for themselves. They are keen to assume their bitchy side and never miss a line, but they know the limits so as not to offend someone.
This is a type of girl I like because the effort required to connect can make them valuable allies, not people to be helped.

Josy is really growing on me on my latest playthrough. The way she looks at the MC, it really feels like she loves him 100% (honestly don't see that type of love between her and Maya). Their chemistry is great.
I just wish she had more of her own storyline instead of just being added to Maya's. More interactions between her and Tommy would be interesting

It's well written for an adult game. The sex scenes are great (and add to the characters) but there are games with better lewd content. I got more invested in the girls and overall story here than in any other adult game because DPC delivers on the writing.
Also the soundtrack is top notch too, there are no grindy sandbox elements, its well paced (no milking, yet), no weird fetishes etc.

I really disagree about Maya. She is also in love with MC and this is clearly in the last 2 chapters specially if we focus on her. The thing is: Maya is not a easy-going "girl next-door" as Josy. Is not easy for her show her feellings since for her entirely life she had people (mostly Patrick, i guess) judging her for her feelings. Only now we see her loose up and enjoy herself, mostly thanks to alcohol, and when this happen (like in ep. 8) we see how she is fond for MC.
Fair points. I did see some connection between the MC and Maya in the first two episodes but then after Josy appeared that seemed to get lost. The scene in Episode 8 was pretty good but not enough for me compared to what the other main girls and hell even Quinn got in S2.
There is a reason why Maya has declined in popularity, DPC needs to decrease the drama with her (some drama is always needed in a game like this but with her its like it overtakes her character) and have more meaningful scenes with the MC

My take on the recent Quinn discussion.
Sure she's not an official, report-at-the-end-of-each-episode, bona fide Love Interest (with a capital L & I), but for supposedly not dating, Quinn and the mc are together a lot and she's breaking her own rules for him (now this is assuming you're making an effort with her, those who avoid her like the plague aren't gonna have significant scenes with her):
Episode 2, she fucks him in front of an audience. But the audience doesn't know. It's a personal scene between the two of them. Granted it's also a show of power, but do you think if she was with Derek in that scene she would have fucked him too?
Episode 3, Quinn has a threesome with the mc and Riona. It's not something she normally does. In the past she may have pimped herself out, but it seems these days she's off the menu, and it was only due to desperation (for money, not necessarily for dick), and a growing infatuation with the mc, that she did it, but that scene gets a little more intimate than Quinn is used to.
Episode 4, Quinn and the mc banter in front of the HOTs, and Quinn even refers to the two of them as sweethearts (albeit in a joking matter, but you can change the tone of this scene if you choose a very loving pet name for her to use, I usually just stick with "pervert" though).
Later on in the episode they get high on the roof and she's genuinely concerned for him when the high hits. Unlike Tommy and Riona who don't give a fuck and go off to laugh at Derek, Quinn stays with the mc to make sure he's ok. Of course that evolves into them fucking on the roof. She tells him she doesn't give blowjobs to anyone (meaning she doesn't do it often, at least not anymore), but she accommodates everything the mc asks for in that scene.
Later on the in the free roam, she attacks him when he wanders into her room, but it turns sexual. She keeps up her controlling act, but when he leaves, you can see she would have liked things to be different, she's just too afraid to behave differently.
Episode 6, Quinn accepts the mc's help when she's mugged. She's starting to feel more comfortable around him, at least one-on-one, and obviously it turns to sex. She doesn't want to stay with him, still worried about appearances, but it looks like she might even have second thoughts right before she leaves.
Episode 7, they hang out together in her room, smoke, make out (involving kissing which she's not accustomed to), and eventually have sex. She initially tries to stop him from sleeping there, once again worrying about her reputation, but when she realises he's totally out of it, she cuddles up to him and naps as well.
During that scene, when she asks who the mc would like a free fuck with, if you answer "her" (of course you answered "her"), her response is, "That's...not what I meant. Um... You don't have to pay me for that." Their relationship is no longer associated with a financial transaction. Of course he can still be a customer, but not when it comes to her personally.
In the HOTs party, she hangs out with him in the kitchen, she even holds on to him despite her protests. When the photo makes its way to Rooster, by the looks of everyone's responses, this is far from her usual behaviour.
Later if the mc fucks Sage outdoors, when Quinn and Riona walk in on them, Quinn is a little caught off guard and feels a bit uncomfortable.
Episode 8, Quinn and the mc meet up in the library and then decide to head off to hang out together. They relax together and chat on a park bench, Quinn opens up about her feelings on things and they end up making out in public (a brief kiss really), pushing her limits for the mc.
Further along Sage, Quinn and the mc start planning the Halloween party, and of course it evolves into a threesome. Mostly it's Quinn showing off to Sage, but after that, Quinn and the mc spend some quiet time in the HOTs garden where the mc holds Quinn and she rests her head on him.
We know that Quinn could balk at any moment, she totally bales on him if she finds out he's dating Jill. I think that scares the shit out of her, how could she compete with the rich, buxom princess of B&R, so she'd rather end it on her own terms than suffer a rejection down the line.
But all all-in-all, there's definitely a decent relationship there between the mc and Quinn. It is by far the most advanced relationship between any of the girls outside the main LI circle, and arguably just as advanced as the main LIs.

Maya love MC more then Josy. And also it will come be patiant the split between Maya and Jose will come and it will be up to MC to mend it for a 3way run or split off with the girl of his choosing trust. It's already been hinted at in the threesome scene where one doesn't participate if you favor one over the other. Do both of josy's sex scenes but none of Maya's they refuse to take part in it. but if u chase josy after party have tv date with Maya threeway happens without discorse or vice versa. But if you chase josy and do josy pool scene Maya doesn't participate. This in my eyes is a begining in a rift in the threesome dynamic that will eventually come to a head if MC wants it to.
I do not believe it will be forced like some do though.
(if you choose to sleep with Josy in chapter 2 and don't help Maya with her list in chapter 3 and instead opt for one of the other options including Quinn's threesome scene no matter how chick you are you will not be able to push the beds together and cuddle with both girls you will also do most of Maya's helped scenes with Jose instead of Maya.) unsure if that has an effect on future threesome though.

I really hope so, never liked the threesome relationship. It affects both characters negatively in my opinion and it would be good to have an option to split them up. It would hopefully give Josy more of her own story too.

I'd like the story to focus more on Josy too.
Of the two girls, Maya is more draining, often focusing on her dilemmas and dragging other into them.
But Josy's really a very nice girl.
- She's the one that wants to go out for a simple celebration when the mc gets accepted into college.
- She makes the effort to cook him a meal even when cooking is not really her thing
- She's trying to help Maya even if Maya is being very discouraging
- She invites the mc to join up to the gym with her
- She's the kind of girl that would make you feel good just by being around her.
I agree with Journey95, you can feel Josy's affection (and lust) for the mc. Even when the mc is all moping around and avoiding them, that scene of spin the dildo, the look on Josy's face when she wants to kiss him.

And there are a lot of good scenes where she's just eating the mc with her eyes. It's fun to see a petite girl with that personality (whereas coming from Sandy it's a little more intimidating!).
But with the Maya/Josy relationship, it feels strained, and that's because it is. They are still recovering from their relationship hitting rock bottom, and there are still major concerns with that (Maya's dad will always be a spectre over them until it is resolved). They often don't seem compatible, like Josy being friendly with the likes of Becky while Maya gets all offended.
Even the Maya/mc relationship doesn't feel as genuine. Maya's obviously less experienced than Josy, but my overall impression is that Maya is mostly wrapped up in her own dramas. That's not to say they it's a bad relationship, just doesn't feel as fitting as Josy and the mc.
Not sure if I'd care to see more interaction with Tommy and Josy. They don't like each other and just barely tolerate each other's existence. Maybe they could patch things up, and I reckon Tommy will behave like a turd once he finds out the mc is banging her. The game definitely seems to be leading up to that, with the other DIKs all worried about him finding out.
