Yep sometimes is just the mod not correctly installed but Derek's Brother already stepped up to help you, came late to check the thread hehe.

Always check the installation section in the OP of a mod thread or the mod post but most of them the safest way (not the fastest) is unzip it and then cut/copy the contents, usually a "game" folder and paste it where the game folder is on the game installation, usually where the .exe file is. But some may differ from that so always better to check the installation tips.

I'm so used to mods and handling compressed files/folders that I just "enter" inside the zipped file and copy (cut won't work since its contents is still compressed) the content and paste on the correct place on the game installation and it will extract directly there hehe. It is different for other compress files that are not zip files (the built in unzip feature of windows file explorer deals with those) like rar files and others, for those I use 7zip.

Keep getting this...I copy the game file over, I've done it 3 times now and still get this error.

Come on, just look 4 posts before yours, it has an answer/help from DrAddy for exactly this same error. I still think it is a incorrectly mod install. Only got 'start' errors when by mistake installed a mod and its contents in the wrong place.

I've installed plenty of mods for games over the years, you copy the game folder and paste it, this is the only mod that does it.

There are mods that don't have a "game" folder but that is not the point, everyone is human and mistakes can be made.

In DrAddy post there is a link that sends to a post with a "fix" file, did you tried it? I never tried that fix because I don't get that error and can't replicate it, so I have no idea if it helps or not but its there, 4 posts over your first post.
