I am currently uploading a fix for this along with a debug menu to cheat and access locked out quests that way.

Temp fix is;
1. Open console (SHIFT O) *The letter not number.
2. type in or copy paste: Brutus_Action_Witness_02 = 1
3. type in or copy paste: NewUniform_QUEST = 1

May i point out that the round-trip delay in a conversation between Earth and Mars would be anything from six to forty-two minutes between when you say something and you get the reply from the other end?

UI really needs a bit of work, for example skill upgrades should be capped at 5 or whichever highest implemented, but right now I'm able to upgrade higher than 5 (personal skills). It would also be nice to distinguish between bought, available, unavailable, and not implemented skills (super skills).

I think u should check the gym path missions. Couple of them not Showing on my quest log. I forced to select bank path.
