Just finished playing. The original was good now you have emotional choices which don't get you points, Story seems so flat. Characters are lame. Loved Taylor in the original now blah. Nicki is the only one that seems the same. Sandbox in the future what. WHY remake this?

what's the point of creating a remake when the old game isn't even finished yet I see a lot of people doing this already but such decisions seem idiotic the fact that the developer decided to create a remake of an unfinished game only makes me laugh

Oh no. The game was already slow enough with releases to be in the constant "is this dead yet?" state for me. Remaking shit when the game is not even close to finished is the classic death flag for games, it's like being a redshirt in Star Trek. Sure, maybe it will survive, but it's 99.9% unlikely.

Nikki is probably in my top 5 chars, so this makes me very sad.

the first rework was crap ,this one is completely out of nowhere,....when this first came out was good game ,ofc there where the points system was almost identical but at least we had more characters and more stories to follow and chose but after the first rework and what it seems like 10 updates later now the dev just burn out his first choice and the second one for this shit....
the models the funy parts but not cringy was what i much apreciated now ,i think i will seriously consider to drop the game,..whats the point if thedev continuosly change everything after a couple of updates,....i dont even want to point that the dark and light skin was alot of added work to even think the development can be steady and without any problems.....

Four years and back to starting line. I tend to think most devs can't think of what to do next so they just redo stuff in hopes they'll get more ideas. When in reality they just lose interest and redoing shit isn't going to suddenly inspire new content.
