Due to the walk through mod being out of date.... I use this tool to see what's behind the story choices.

Just extract and drop the 0x52_URM file into your game folder and run your Renpy game. When ever there is a game requirement or choice, a box will appear in the top left hand corner of your screen. (Example shown)

Get victoria too pay for the party supplies then you can get past the loop.
