I think someone mentioned the alt versions would come at a later time. Besides, it would take quite some time to finish one set of plus animations with sfx and va's already, the yelan/eula/lisa ones probably require another batch of animating and rendering since it's different models and that would still take quite a bit of time so they'll probably be released next month at the earliest. That is of course speculation, the most recent post may have a segment regarding the release of the alt versions.

Looks like he "reworked" some scenes (just added and changed smth cuz he wrote that first version wasn't sexy/lewd/vulgar enough in his opinion)
And now only V2 has proper SFX
Aside from SFX, around the middle after the trio get fucked by, the big hilichurl the original had another clip where they were all getting mating pressed. In the v2 one, bengugu created 2 new scenes for yae miko and kujou sara and added those in to replace their original parts. The clips in particular are the 5861 clips in the plus folder. Furthermore there’s a part where kujou sara is doing some sort of amazon position with her leg extended outward in the original, bengugu added a detail where raiden ei is now sitting on her while she’s doing it, which is the 6986 clip in the plus folder. I don’t really think there’s much other difference other than that.

Is this actually legit? I've been wondering if he stopped doing only SFX + no music altogether, because those were his best vids IMO.
