You can't, the complete videos always have music. In the PLUS versions, there are short clips/loops with no music, though.
You can make them yourself: original video + sfx_audio from plus folder (search on kemono if need) and combine them in any video editor
Or just search for smth like "bengugu sfx only"

what is the "plus" version? the video with xianyun is good i mean she is beatiful...but... it only 1 girl...and the video will be short...I would have liked to see a video with xianyun, shenhe and ganyu...hope the next video will be with more girl from genshin...

This one is just like the Ningguang one, just the multiple one got postponed because Arlecchino's model wasn't finished
Plus version are basically the most recent video Bengugu uploaded but with some modification, notably it has sex sounds and in some case have newly added scene (such as Inazuma Boom and Move Your Body). There is also extended clips of each sex position included on a different folder.
Some of the more recent video Bengugu uploaded have it's own seperate sound folder, you could pick which sex sound you wanted and edit it in yourself. Though unfortunately this only apply from Monstadt Party and above with the exception of HSR Reset due to obvious reason.

if at the end of january will be released honkai stair rail reset plus the video with xianyun will come at the end of february?
Probably, though I wouldn't be too confident about it.
Bengugu make a new video once every two months or so, but due to health reason it could take up to three or four months.
The only thing I can confirm is the Reset Plus because Bengugu said it should be ready by the 20th, even with a week and a half of delay, it should still be done by January. Xianyun is unclear, the WIP is about 50 seconds while the song in use is 2:50 seconds and quite a lot of the time since the end of the vote to do Xianyun video first was spent fixing the model. If no more work needs to be done on models, just the video itself, then it could be done by February although Bengugu's has some health reasons that prevent spending constant time working to avoid damage so it may take until March or April depending on progress.

i'm scared for arlecchino because i can't see her in a sexy/hot way...imo she is beatiful i like her dress and color...but compared to all the others she is much less sexy than all the others...

Can agree with that. Arlecchino probably will using body stocking, just like others character which supposed not use it (Kafka and Himeko for example, kinda disappointed they use body stocking. I know Bengugu explain it because it's to reduce clothes physic, but still)
