He’s not gonna disappear I would say. I checked zxc’s server and people were also asking his whereabouts. Seems like he’s mostly just working on models and we probably shouldn’t expect something early december from what I how I understand what I translated
Same result. I DM ZXC and he confirm he is fine and he do models for next project. If so, then V2 i guess never be and is weird he even don¨t bother do plus version.
Anyway i stop subscribing. Not because it took him too long, but because he don't bother make simple update status.

I think he must not be a big fan of Fontaine's characters. Unfortunately.
The Fontaine video took almost 2 years to be released (of course, there were other serious reasons that caused this video to be delayed so much).
But when it was released, I felt that something was missing in this video that could be improved with a V2.
I hope we are wrong and that he eventually makes a V2.
Because the Fontaine video was the most disappointing for me personally.

Not for me in terms of fapping. But in terms of art it miss somethink what was in sumeru secret or inazuma boom. I really hope ZXC just don't wanna reveal information, but it doesn't make sense why he do first new models instead improve Fontaine duel. In last update write about double duration in final segment and even reply to some people, he improve it.
Something zxc mentioned when asked about what bengugu was doing about the plus version, he mentioned “overthinking”. I’d say there’s a pretty good chance that Bengugu’s been a bit stuck trying to figure out how to go about creating a v2 and plus version so I’d wager taking a break and working on models in the meantime.
Btw looks like plus files of xianyun from *his_mega* are broken (or just smth went wrong with formats)
Check the individual post for the plus version, the error only happen if you use the archive.
He did mention on the release post thinking the cuts near the end were too fast and considered extending it a bit. So I wonder if the Plus version will be an outright alternate cut.
