For Clarification, all this does is check your unity game and then install & unzip the applicable Versions of bepinex and autotranslator.

Could that tool not working?

I use .exe binary.
Move game.exe to tool.exe, then I get message above and ... nothing?
When I open the game, all dialogs do not translated. Could I do something wrong or I should setup language of game etc?

Could u tell me what game u tried it on?
And did u drag the main.exe into the games root directory?
Because the tool downloads all files into the directory where the tool is located.

Yes, if you mean what game.exe and tool.exe in the root dir of game.

Well i tried it on the game you mentioned but on version 1.09 and it worked fine for me.
I couldnt find a link for 1.07 that doesnt limit the speed

or atleast the installer should.
Idk about the autotranslator or bepinex cuz i havent developed them

it is a false positive, you can look at the source code in the python file.
if u dont trust the .exe, then u can just execute the python file.(there u can see what it does)

Does it give u any error?
if it doesnt give u any error and u see a bepinex folder, then the problem is not the installer.
if thats the case then i cannot help you out because i havent developed the tools that are being installed

AutoTranslator: This is an advanced translator plugin that can be used to translate Unity-based games automatically and also provides the tools required to translate games manually.
UnityExplorer: An in-game UI for exploring, debugging and modifying Unity games.
Bepinex: BepInEx is a plugin / modding framework
Basically Bepinex is the plugin loader.
