if it doesnt give u any error and u see a bepinex folder, then the problem is not the installer.
if thats the case then i cannot help you out because i havent developed the tools that are being installed

well that could be the problem if you use the .py file but the exe file should work without python installed

yes, everything looks normal, even the file is here, you can browse it if you want.

UnityExplorer is translating, but not the game.
