I really love the game, but I must unfortunately add that the actual Steam version, the 1.04steam, after the update that fixes the achievements, seems to have a

that leads to an infinite loop after going shopping with Rebecca and that seems to break all the path except the evil one.
I encountred it myself too and the error logs are:
