Most people don't tend to like discord for this kind of thing. It's because there is no way to anonymize. You can only be logged in as one person at a time and many people don't like to have some "public" like a discord identity linked to a porn server.

At begining just try to click on all items in room. Than your Ex roommate will come.

Go to the warehouse - click on the box to get the wire. Go to the scene of the crash - go into inventory and click on the wire - click on the grate on the ground to get the apartment key. Now you can shower at the apartment and move on.

I don't know if this changes in the future but where I am at right now the game is very frustrating when you have no idea what to do next. Randomly clicking and trying to figure out what to do and where to go is not fun.
Please add objectives or make it clear to the player what to do next. In my opinion if the gameplay is not frustrating it does not matter how good the story or the renders are. I think doing this will only make the game better.
