Setting aside that it's still far too early in the VN to worry about endings... MC has a hot cuckquean wife, A mother and two sisters that all wants his cock, an ex-girlfriend that wants his cock, an ex-boss that also wants his cock, and he's CEO of a company full of attractive women where a job requirement is "lack of a gag reflex".

I really don't understand your need for a dev to validate your expectations in advance, but you do you buddy. I'd rather just read the existing tags and try the game and see if it's something I like. Perhaps the dev hasn't decided how he wants to end the game. It is - after all - a debut VN very early in development. Don't expect the dev to pin everything down for you. He'll make the game he wants to make.
Besides... IMO, it's pretty easy to infer this is going to be a fuckfest. Literally every female thus far has wanted to jump MC's bones. So I would probably call this a "campy corporate harem/power fantasy". Will all the girls end up as concubines living under the MC's roof at the end? If I were to guess... No. I seriously doubt this is going to be that kind of VN. Will the MC form multiple romantic relationships where the girls are aware of all of MC's other romantic partners? Definitely possible, especially with the family LIs.

That was disappointingly short. I get it though, and it's only got the "disappointingly" bit because I want lots more of it!
All of this for starters. To further the point, a number of devs will sometimes adjust the writing/ plot/ direction of the story when considering the input from fans. And by fans, I don't mean the loud voices on a pirate forum, I mean paid subscribers that some devs will ask to provide direct input or vote on choices. Seeing what updates get what sort of responses can often tell some devs how to course-correct and optimize the story (as well as the gameplay/ experience) to make a better game & hopefully gain them more financial support in order to continue their work.
To put it another way, even if the dev has the story entirely written out already, feedback from players may cause them to adjust their plans. It really doesn't benefit anyone to have it fully laid out in advance without the ability to evolve and change over time.

It feels like there's missing content. A character will allude to a sex scene that's about to happen, then time will just skip. Do you know the 1(ONE)((SINGULAR)) reason people are here? To see sex scenes. And since the story is literally just the same "MC returns home after X time and everyone is suddenly horny for each other" you can't say you're building up to it.
I genuinely don't care how much sex is in a game, but when you actively skip over it, I feel cheated as a player.
