can we get an overview of the LIs Mist_Step ? and their supposed relationships to mc.
I mean, first thing that happens here (after mc naming) is setting up relationships with LIs, but we don't know them or the story or anything, how can we know what to write??
It's ok to leave the customization of those relationships to the player for what I guess is patreon-issues, but much better to know what the relationship was when the story was written, and if the players want to deviate from that at least they can set up something that works with the supposed power dynamics.

I'm continually blown away by the micro-directing of relationships here and the need to control every aspect of a game that IS NOT YOURS.

Using the word "supposed" not once but twice, in the context of relationships, suggests something more revealing in psychological terms.

in the absence of information, i make suppositions. like any human being? I'm not trying to control anything, only want to know how to play a game - that I would be in fact very grateful to access and play if I were still going to, but if this is the kind of community it draws, yeah no thank you.

Yep, it's not always clear in every game right from start.
For those who need family pointers:
Quinn: Mom/son (qu_rel/mcqu_rel)
Hannah: sister/brother (han_rel/mchan_rel)
Camila: sister/brother (cami_rel/mccami_rel)
Together (both sisters): sisters (hami_rel)

It's always tricky if capitalized or not if authors don't use [!c] flags during dialogues, but here it's often the called name for the mother while son and brother/sister is used only as common noun. It's not always correct but looks fine enough.
The last one isn't clear if it's the whole "family" or only the "sisters", but it's definitely the later like with this example:
"Good thing [qu_rel] and my [hami_rel] moved in with me..." (Mom and my sisters)

If you want to change something by console command then type e.g.:
qu_rel = 'Mom'

Not a bad game but i feel English is not the Dev native language coz there were moments that didn't make sense and spelling errors aside from that the only other criticism i have is the transition from scene to scene feels disorientating i don't mean to be too judgmental the characters and story kept me reading and im looking forward to see were this goes hope my input was helpful and good food for thought for future updates

Yes, English is not my first language, but the script is written by a native English speaker and proofread by a native English speaker, so I don't really know what the problem might be there.


I don't follow the "day" format, so that might be jarring to some people who are used to it. In my game, time passes without bearing any importance. I don't try to pack a "day" with content; in some days more things might happen than in other's but they don't affect the amount of content the update have.

I kinda like the story minus the asshole father. Though he was right that anyone would let him rot. He made his bed so now he must lie in it, no? If I were the mc, I would counter-sue his father for harassing the mc with this bullshit and ruin his life for a change, muahahhaha >=)

Rose is freaking awesome! Though maybe a little bit too pushy for my taste but I can live with that =P

And my favorite scene is the grocery scene with ash and her sister. That made me like Rose even more, such a badass cuckqueen xD

In short; I very much enjoyed this and can't wait for more!

Yeah, that moment was really fun, Rose is great and despite my few issues with this update she alone is worth coming back for in my opinion even if things had taken a sharp nose dive, let alone something as simple as a single (I feel) out of place scene (whore bj) and a little dialog from other girls I wasn't a fan of.

And Ash's reaction was great too, her moment of realization on how screwed she was was great. I hope her sister becomes a more prominent character and joins the harem as well,

Yeah, it can be tricky. I saw a game once that had you input the relationship early and it was a girl about the Mc's age so I put sister, but then it ended being that she was supposed to be a cousin and so later dialog didn't make sense as she had different parents so the dialog got wonky. I wish I could remember the specific game but it wasn't memorable and that was the only moment that stuck with me and informed me on how *not* to have it done.

And don't let some jerks on the board drive you away from the game. They speak only for themselves, not everyone and not the dev. There are some people on the forum who seem to take delight and find joy in being jerks. And I have even seen some people that seem to want to work on actively driving people away from developer's games. Which, as a developer and writer myself, pisses me off. But it almost seems like some folks get off more on what they do and say on the forum, and how people here react to them, than they do from playing the games, Everyone's got their kinks I guess,

Mist_Step, you missed using the [qu_rel] tag here in U2.rpy:
mc "Everything all right, mom?"

Can't remember U1 anymore, but the writing in U2 was totally fine if you ignore capitalization of "mom" of the sisters sometimes.
"Mom" uppercase if calling as name and otherwise lower if it's my/your/her "mom".

You could manipulate even the tags with upper- and lowercase, like at beginning of sentences, or the cases I mentioned above, but oh well... it's just luxury fuss.
