For "just an artist", this is already put together very nicely for such an early release! You've got a general direction story-wise, the writing is in my (amateurish) opinion nothing to scoff at and the encounters seem balanced as well.

I believe it would be better if you can hire some programmer to help with your game so you can focus more on the art and let him/her sorting the coding part to make the memory leak not happen again and maybe improving the game experience in a more positive way. The enemy part I think you really should slow them down a bit and fix the detection range to a minimum so they won't chase and corner players all the time, same with some more text boxes and dialogues to help when players had to go through some map and interact with object,...
Just done with the demo and I must say this is a very very great RPG game with a very well written story and characters, not just that but the comedic tone in the game was very fun and strike at the right moment which is very funny especially at the end. I like every single character in the game so far, none of them feel like a waste that just there and act like a sex doll but each having purpose from the main girl to enemy NPCs, the girl design was very great and show the Dev skill as a very talent artist and all are beautiful, the H CG was very well draw and top quality even though I wish those aren't just still pictures but have some variation each scene, characters all have their own personality and feel very real people with their own struggle specially the warden knight captain Elizabeth (she's not just the type of strong girl I'm truly love but her backstory was very sad and make you like her when she's tried to keeping some part of her chivalry code), combat was very fun and enjoyable and not too hard (love that every boss fight the MC and his teammate got full heal, all the RPG games really need to follow suit),....
Beside the memory leak which make the game slow down and lot of time I had to restart the saves over and over because the screen suddenly gone dark I'm truly enjoy the demo and hope to see more updates in the future soon, this is 1 of the rare gem that need more support and more attention from people. And that was not enough, I'm just stop there because I'm tired of typing all those words so had to end it there. I want to put more is that the questlog and hint system was very detail and clear what players need to do without any trouble, the level up skill I must say look very unique with not just to increasing your power but it was for us to choose which path/trait the MC will become in the long run, the world map are very interesting with the location only unblock if MC exploring the area (MC slept for 10k years so he won't know how those areas look like until he's go there, very realistic)
I'm still thinking it would be nice if in the next update you add some wardrobe system and more outfit for the elf girl or any future female characters that will join and live in MC castle, I always love RPG games with that feature and always dress them up or strip them naked and see how the standing image change to fit with it. Not just that but in the future you should consider add a few spend time moment where we can choose to either romance the girls or corrupt them depend on player choices, from that we will open either more love event or more depraved action to make them do. Of course those are some of my suggestion to help the game grow, the decision will always be yours
I've actually been thinking about a visual costume change for characters almost since the beginning of development because a lot of games have that feature. And if you just imagine that on top of that I want to add different sprites for different emotions during dialogue, you can already imagine in your mind this lovely endless branching of costume variations, faces, and exponentially growing amount of work. But I just thought about it, I think I could make naked character sprites and then just put different clothes on them in different layers. That could really solve a lot of problems (and create even more of course), but I'll think about it. Not in the next update definitely, because with my ambitions I'm already taking on too much for one update. But in the future, quite possible.

Serious and big stories - this is my respect for you! Unfortunately, most games are full of meaningless jokes. As if the developers are embarrassed about what they are doing. But I hope that there is a balance between depravity and adequacy in your game. PS I haven't played the game yet, but I'll try it soon.

I forgot to ask but will our MC in the future have any ability to shape shift into a more human looking form? Or will he grow a penis and having sex with the girls in his harem?
No shapeshifting, but, event it's some kind of a spoiler, your subsequent words are pretty close to the truth.
The only thing I have to mention already is that I don't think there will be "harem" of the MC. There will be a lot of twists and turns between the main characters of the castle, but they will be logical because they all have their own stories and their personalities.
The idea for the game came to me after I played "Simtentacles" by zxc. And firsly, in my head, everything was looking a lot darker and lewder. For you play as a demon who, when victorious, takes the girls to his castle and then corrupts them and after that, they become your minions. And you could build a prison and torture room and so on. But then I just realised that...I don't want my game to be like that. Developing a game is always a sacrifice of something. Rape, corruption, ntr, etc. are definitely very powerful sexual drivers, but I have to sacrifice them, losing a lot of sexual energy for I just don't want my game to be like that. I want my game to be a lot more vanilla. But in the same time pure absolute vanilla is just boring, just like pure rape. My goal is the right fusion of these two things. Finding a balance. And that's what I'm doing now in terms of my art improvement. I hope that in my next works I will get closer and closer to this.
And speaking of the corruption, it will be there. But it won't be the way we're used to seeing it...It will be realistic. So realistic, you'll need to think hard about whether you're ready for the consequences. It's all up to your choices. The game will move from a lighthearted beginning to more and more serious continuation. On the "came for the boobs - stayed for the story" model.
Of course, this may disappoint some people, but that's just me, I just want to make some outstanding hentai game.
I noted it. Probably a bug. Also, asking her about something is not necessary for moving forward through the quests.
I don't know about other people but your description definitively has me interested. The porn world definitively needs more serious stuff and less "she came while being raped and now she loves you".

God, her runaway is definitely just a bugmaker. I will surely fix it in the next update, but for now, all you can do is just not asking her about anything. It's pointless anyway.
And yes, this thing is totally worth it. This is a very important item. Very important.
