Well... If at least one of you went to the dev server (now you won't have that chance anymore) and read some information about the characters, relationships or story you would know that Sam and MC are not in a relationship.Damn reaction limit
I'm also not a big fan of plots where the MC has a girlfriend from the start.
But If the MC's girlfriend has to exist for the sake of the story, then I would appreciate the opportunity to break up with her.
And this is where I have a problem - Sam is too good. I don't see now a decent way for the MC to leave her.
If the decision to leave her comes from the MC, then he is kind of an insensitive bastard, because she loves him, she is loyal to him, cares about him, they have known each other forever. And suddenly the MC is like “Sam, I don’t need you anymore, get the fuck out.” Not cool.
If she breaks up with him, what's the reason? This was shown enough to figure out how much she loves and cares for him. And suddenly such a turn? Well, at least the MC will not have a reason for moral torment.
She dies in an accident (there was such a theory here). Damn, how much drama can you shove into one game before it breaks apart?
Whatever, it’s even more interesting what the author comes up with. Let's wait for the new chapter. If one special cameo girl will be available as LI, then sorry Sam, but I have no choice![]()
Their whole "relationship" is based on friendship from childhood which grew into something like "fuck buddy". They have always been very close, they feel something more for each other than friends usually do but they never agreed to a relationship. If something went wrong it would most likely destroy their friendship as well. They both remained open to "multiple possibilities" in their lives but thanks to the way their lives changed because of Lily, neither of them seemed to be "dedicating" to their private lives.
