Does anyone else think the conversation about the risk of stem cell donation is overblown?
Stem cells are usually harvested through blood donation or by collecting bone marrow from suitable donors. This isn't that invasive and only temporarily lowers the immune system of the donor. They might be sore for a few weeks in the tapped spot as well (most likely the hip).
I'm suspecting that the doctors aren't averse to the donation due to significant health concerns, but maybe about the siblings finding out they're not suitable donors.

The old version was way better, then he unfortuantely started reworking it. Slow build is fine, but this literally has NO build or progression for romance whatsoever.
I haven't played this update, but sounds much the same, sadly. I miss the old version when we could have some fun with my favorite and best girl Sam, now we have to wait till chapter 8 to probably get any sort of fun in this game, with the rate the dev is going.
Just feels like the romances don't matter at all in this game anymore.

It usually boils down to users not having Joiplay updated with the correct plugin. This game uses Ren'Py 8.3.7, you should start by making sure it is updated.

Do you remember what the main differences were? I think originally there was more pathing, with either staying at the hospital and visiting the doctor or leaving early? I'm not sure.

What have I just played and why? This is so unbelievable depressing and why does it have male protagonist? It's a horrible story where the mc is just a bystander and is basically just a npc added to witness depressing stuff. Where are the love interests in this game?
