if im not mistaken wasn't the sister basically a 2nd MC? if that was the case I wouldn't really expect her to be able to get with the brother even if the dev didn't said no to the tag. As I feel like unless that becomes a main focus of their relationship it would feel really forced.

I really enjoyed it this rework. I'm not that fan about incest, so I'm happy to see a game where MC has a mom and a sister who aren't LIs. I liked the idea to fix MC relationship with his sister. So far, I really like Sam and Kimi (I guess that's her name, the nurse (?)), well, but yea, maybe I will chase a relationship with Sam. Can't wait to see the next chapter.

yeah the only way I can even somewhat like incest LI is if there is a big focus on it otherwise most of the time it feels like it misses the mark and feels rushed or makes no sense to me.
