I somehow have both the first and second game in english, i either downloaded the MTL versions from here or i found english versions on ryuugames or otomi-games.com or impervert.com or somewhere else, LEWD games.com? Hemdom.com? i honestly don't remember what i did. i suspect someone translated it using translator++ so that is an option also.

I read all the comments and was able to assemble version 22 with Machine Translation.
Installation should be as simple as unzip and run Game.exe.
