As you said, it depends on the point of view. I would even specify more: incest is very bad genetically if close relatives give birth to a child. The rest does not really care who fucks who there as long as it happens behind closed doors, on a voluntary basis and does not lead to the birth of children.

By far not, it will rather take a couple of years to catch up with the original version's story if he really wants to include everything.
There is some additional content, but it does NOT take place after the original story.
Mostly some opportunities/scenes were extended, some new game play mechanism added (like candies, the ladder and the use of the cams) and there are a few new plot lines like Lisa punishing Max by making him watch silly movies.

Sure, if you missed some event, simply download the save of 0.05, load it and make it again
the where you are is not a physical sense, as we are on the internet. so the where is best demonstrated with what porn sites are stepping back from as being 'too taboo' which would mean for now non-step incest is a bit too far.

Are Olivia and her mom , the doctor and the coffee shop girl (Vicky) in this game yet??

At this time NO they are not in the game. With the NEXT update it appears that Olivia WILL be added (I think next one). The has been mention that a massage parlor is going to be added soon (not sure if Max can work there or just visit). The other ladies MAY be added later. Olivia's mom is possible but I do not recall any information about her being given yet. The doctor is debatable and if added I hope the weird pill issue is NOT added (never liked that 'Magic' pill story in the original). Vicky could either be kept in the same position (the coffee shop), or placed somewhere else (maybe the massage parlor or elsewhere).
At this point we are a bit behind the original game's story development, but with a similar amount of content with NEW opportunities and options having been added. As the story continues and changes more, the chances for new paths to open will increase. As I said Vicky (from coffee shop) might appear the same (or similar), or might be given a completely new story for us to enjoy. Also, we KNOW that there will be NEW ladies with there own stories added (the delivery girl HAS been mentioned). Hopefully, we will either see the changes and additions become more clear in the next 2-4 updates (maybe more for post (EVIL Scum) Eric options), or perhaps some teasers for the future will be released. Until we know more I plan to ENJOY what we have,

Haha, I didn't come across any similar scenes while playing the game. Maybe from the fact that I said that the world is with Eric and I was ahead of Eric and bought gifts for everyone ???
These scenes are not found in the game at all. Do you have a clue why ?
