Sure. That's because version 0.2 of the rebuild does not have more content than that.
1. Nothing more to do. In theory the player could continue playing after day 6 and when using the mod that's possible, but there isn't much to do that can not be completed within 6 days. A few actions could still be performed in theory, but if the game didn't end then, he would be limited to repeatables at some point.
2. Eric. The beginning of the Eric storyline is scripted time dependent. He appears on day x for the first time for example. But that has not been implemented yet, so the player must be restricted to progress after that day or the game will be bugged when he finally makes it to the game.
3. We don't know if there are other time dependent story arcs planned, the lawyer arc could be like that.
If you want more content, you should play the old version 0.9.
For more content in the rebuild version you'll have to wait.
unnecessary over complication scripting those events based on time, makes the first part of the game way too rigid, had it been purely event based, it would be so much easier to avoid continuity issues when releasing game in small chunks
I think there was an event with Alice and returning from club that there was only one week when this could be accomplished before other events make that impossible, which is just dumb design for a porn game
instead a key event could be put in, and be very clear in description of said event that there is no way back, so you could loop through all starter (or any other "chapter") for virtual months exploring all possibilities instead of constantly restarting the whole game or making saves for every choice you make to avoid having to restart all over

I agree.. sometimes, I feel there is too much "Visual Novel" progress thus far; Hopefully, the next update gives us the "Sandbox" feel!

No, there was no such thing. The club sequences only really need candy to work (and for the later ones progress in other opportunities), work anytime.
Erics's story was the only thing being time based. FIrst his arrival and the time limit to buy a dress (forcing most players to take a credit and thereby unlocking the bank) and the next was the time limit after Eric accused Max of theft. BBAS already softened that up (compared to the original) by opening an alternative route if the player didn't get photos in time.
But yes, it definitly complicates development. This was already done this way in the original BB, maybe this time it will be different, who knows?
ps: There are some sequences that require an action on the same day another was done (like watching Alice on Cam after she got aroused, giving candy to the girls after spying them and so on), but those do not depend on a certain day, the initial event can be triggered on many days.
I remember something about getting the candy info to be able to buy it and give to Alice on the Friday before Kira arrives, but maybe I was mistaken
this is a cursed game, it will never be completed. no matter who recreates it...
The original got moded to completion, so in theory, the curse has been broken!

What's your definition of "completed"? There are multiple things that were done even in the original that can be considered the end of the game:
- defeating the bad guy (check)
- fucking Ann (check)
- stop living with your parents and start a new life in the military academy

Original BB is pretty much completed in my book - all but end credits. What else is there to tell?
I imagine Max is more-or-less "normal" guy who achieved all the "achievable" goals, grew out of it and moved away with his life.
P.S. Let's not forget unlike Eastern Europe, they put you in jail in America for way too many reasons including fucking your mom.

I think so, yes. Before Kira's arrival, Alice only blogs and watches TV on Fridays. She doesn't go out.
Once the candy action is unlocked, there are several scenes to be unlocked, one requires to leave Kira and go directly to Alice. Maybe you meant that one.

Is that actually forbidden by law if both are adults?
I mean ... there are obvious good scientific reasons (sick children) why incest is not good and it's banned from society for good reasons, but is there an actual law against it?
Usually social laws in eastern Europe and asian countries are a lot more strict than in the US.
And story wise ... I always find it sad when "had sex, can go now" is the end of a story. I prefer the stories, where intimacy is part of it, not the goal. If screwing Ann was the main goal in the game, I would never had bothered playing it or at least I would have given up on it a long time ago.
Every BB incarnation had a lot of open threads, starting with the premisse of the game, dad leaving the house and leaving hidden cameras behind. There is a story in there somewhere.

Crime is - any person related by lineal consanguinity, or a brother, sister, uncle, aunt, nephew, or niece attempt to marry or engage in sexual intercourse (defined as the penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ, however slight; emission of semen is not required).
Thus, all of them – Max and the rest of the crew – would go to jail.
In Russia at the same time if you would openly romantically live with your mother you’ll be relentlessly ridiculed by society. State would never recognize you as a married couple.
That’s it.
Unless someone is underage of course (which is 16, or 14 in certain regions.). Then - it is child abuse.
Woman is always entitled for child support from a father, incest or not.
This was the case back in the Soviet Union or Russian Empire as well.
No one cares what adults do in the privacy of their homes, until and unless they put it in front of their neighbors. Then it’s everyone’s business (but state)
