In chapter1 you have to play from the beginning with every update, old saves do not work because new content is always added in the first few days. It took me 25 days to finish the complete update. So it doesn't take too long.
I played it 4 times from the beginning (there were 4 fixes). I always play from the beginning after every fix because it happens that new bugs are added with the fix.It's not about the time ... it's more about playing at all
Rather than restarting from scratch with every update it seems to be a bette rexperience to wait for the final version and then play it once.

With each update there are several fixes, for example, first part version 0.05, 4 fixes and then the second part. So you have to play through each update 8 times. BB ASR already had 4 updates and now comes 5, so that would be about 40 times to play through. Old game BB AS had 9 updates, each update also with several fixes, plus there were 6 paths, all of which I played through. Plus the original Dark Silver game, so I'll say I've played it at least 100 times.So one time each version then
