Found an older autosave luckily, and played again up to that point, which I guess helped confirm it wasn't some one-off. I assume it has to do with giving her lingerie earlier in the same day, but I'm pretty ignorant to how these things work. I hope it helps the development in some way, however small. I've since continued on and progress seems normal. Might be the least efficient BB_AS player lol

Create a new project: BBB, delete everything from the folder, copy all the contents from original BIG Brother another story ( after apling patches ) to the BBB folder and then launch the BBB project from Renpy. the old saves worked for me. Enjoy .

For Alice, you must wait for the storyline with Eric to Begin (in war path) and continue peeping on her at 20:00 or 21:00 via her room or by camera.
For Kira, I think it's tie with the "Mentor" storyline
After playing a little bit with the 0.06.04 version, I have to admit: this game does many things better (sometime a lot, sometimes a little) than the original. The art is awesome and the game itself...now let's say some improvements to the original were necessary.
The game itself is "basic"-story for me. Aside from the (nowadays) once-so-often story, I like that Max is now capable of using his cams to spy at others. The cam/money-earning system is easier to understand. The candy-system is interesting way of keeping the girls happy. The simple fact the girls now change clothes (hopefully they get some more clothes later) and you have multiple scenes for events (showering, etc) makes it way more likeable to play than the original.
But as always: somethings are not so good.
The opportunities system which gives you hints about next steps, sounds great, but as I played it now:
You have to progress opp. a, to get progress in opp. c, so you can progress further in opp. b.
This is somehow a lot more complicated than you would wish. I understand, that everything you do has consequences...but if you would draw a flowchart, it looks very uh, let's say unorganized (at least for me). And this is under the premise of 3 possible gamepaths, along the fact we are still in the beginning, I think we will have a lot of trouble later, especially when you can miss opportunities.

It makes no sense and it doesn't show structural character integrity. It happened a lot in the original, and i'm happy Aleksey is taking care of that in this game.
But i agree the game needs a better hint system, there's a lot of players completly lost not knowing what to do next, and that's poor game design.
The game falls each time when starts the event of searching cigarettes in Alisa's room. As i understand there is some troubles with lables, so i just cut this mini game and Max always finds it.

As I said: all actions have consequences, but with the "old" opportunities system you may think too often that you can progress in oneof these very easy, when you can't.
I had to run around a long time, to progress in the kira-questline (which are late at night) so I can finally have progress in mentor...
No...okay...yes and no. I mean giving a simple questline as it is in most mmo's, wouldn't be fine, but a better understanding of what to do next would help a lot.
Overall I would say this game is going the right way, but needs a little rework in the opportunities system.
I'm curious how it will go on...
