The previous one was all generic models so EVERYONE is making the same game over and over with the same models. This is copy #8345 and will also be abandoned in a month or two when they run out of story to copy.

How? generic model? I don't know, but I liked Darksilver's BB. I see a lot of character models in other games and I tell you that there are few that I like right now, Ann and Alice, without comparisons, perfect. But I agree with you about be a copy or a clone, I hope it is not but most developers end up making a bad story and it ends up killing the game.
