can someone tell me what would be the best order to work on the opportunities i know there is a walkthrough but somehow im not triggering all the opportunities

As mentioned in the game guide, there is no specific order for "opportunities" in the game.
Game opportunities are roughly divided into two parts
1) Opportunities that are unlocked by themselves during the game story.
2) Opportunities that can be unlocked in certain circumstances.
Usually the best time to unlock the second category of opportunities is when you have the first chance to unlock them.
There is no order for opportunities in the game guide. Many opportunities in the game are dependent on other opportunities, and doing each opportunity provides the conditions for unlocking other opportunities.
As mentioned at the beginning of the game guide, the game guide only helps players understand how each opportunity in the game begins, how it continues, what other opportunities it relates to, and how opportunities end.
The decision to arrange, start and continue playing opportunities is the responsibility of the player and how the game is played.

i dont want that, i want a full NTR path
this 2 things does not change with the swimsuit failed?

No, they are not related. And you can still enter in your desired path and continue it without losing anything

For quite a while now, yes. Kira is always willing and under certain circumstances, Alice will help out too. And more important, Max can do something for her as well.

The message appears also if you beat him. That means there is currently no mor available content for it, stay tunes for future updates.

About the suit: No. Either you or Eric can give her the suit, not both of you. And also everything that might depend on it will be locked. You will have to "decide" which of the two paths you are gonna walk. None is meant to be a dead end however.

Well, it is not "wrong", but it doesn't say how to proceed. It's a hint how to get her mood up.
I agree, it should actually say something about the opportunity , it could be made more clear that the opportunity still is about getting caught.
The "mood up" hint - once unlocked - would be better placed on the character page.
