Hmm, I don't have a clue what the problem is, I just went back and managed to do it fine, no problems at all. I don't know if Eric has already taken over Lisa sex ed from Max (in your game), that's all I can think of that may stop you from giving her the book.

Wrong game. Night molesting and raping have never been part of Big Brother and Alexey doesn't seem to be interested to include the all too kinky stuff. His game is more about the relationship between the characters. If you want to see stuff like this, you need to play a different game.
I don't think it's just Patreon. Alexeys style of the whole game is very grounded, everyone is basically ok with what's happening, the only exception so far was Alice trying to punish Max and that went sideways in a spectacular way.
Some things like that are even being censored on some of the big porn sites now too. For instance, some of them you search for drunk and you get... nothing. Really? Nobody is making videos with drunk college girls? You can still find the same thing under different tags like party, sorority, hazing/etc but it's pretty stupid.
Technically now, drunk/sleep sex is seen as rape.

Rightfully so.
The friday evening events in BB will be as close as it gets, Alice still seems to be able to make decisions, even if afterwards she can't remember.

That questionable for me if you watch tMax and Alice exchange on the patio the next day after the first time. I guess the scenario is subject to interpretation but for me she seems well aware of what she does when she's drunk. Even during the bathroom she is fully able to draw the line in the early scenes.

Mostly. In the beginning I think you will catch Ann and Eric at least once, but that's hardly NTR, since Ann is not Max' girlfriend.
Everything after that can be avoided.

I never claimed that the story telling is consistent ^^
The friday night scenes do progress, that's right. But as far as I am aware, nothing else depends on them, they are separated from the rest of the gameplay/story. At least according to the plot Alice does not remember anything afterwards. If she's just faking it, so be it.
